Stayed Sep 12, 2017We stayed for three nights in September, arriving after 19.00 there is a 20 euro fee which we were advised of before staying. The location was great with lots of restaurants and 2 supermarkets at about a 10 minutes walk away. Plenty of space for two people but the patio chairs and also the dining chairs were uncomfortable. If you plan to eat out the facilities are fine for preparing a light meal but all the cooking pots were quite dirty and the mugs and plates need replacing as they are worn and some are chipped. Good powerful shower and private garden . Overall we enjoyed our stay, thanks Giacomo.

Stayed Jul 19, 2017I would recommend this apartment. A/c worked great, courtyard was pleasant to enjoy. Very cute and quiet apartment tucked away from the busy popular streets. Right off the canal and the local restaurants were very good.

Stayed May 8, 2017Just as described. Quite neighborhood about 1/2 mile from train station. Good communication from owner. Nice greet and welcome. Apartment is well-equipped. Modern bath. Could use some wall decor throughout Washing machine in separate building in courtyard. No clothes dryer, though. Great price in Venice. Would recommend for short or long stays.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This first floor flat is in Canaregio, in the Jewish ghetto of Venice. We love this neighborhood! It is off the beaten path, and easy to find once we had our bearings. We were met by a lovely young woman who led us to the place. We got to LOVE Venice from this place. The surrounding neighborhood is interesting, quiet, and fun to see. Only drawback, it lacked a few amenities, such as enough towels( I am frugal with water and time, but one towel per person was skimpy), and hooks in the bath, and furniture could be more comfortable. I would recommend this flat and hope the owner, Giacomo, will fluff it up a bit.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969we truly enjoyed staying here its an unbelievable value tons of space very clean super nice people would totally stay here again
