Cozy Albany Vacation Rental ~ 5 Mi to Downtown!

The rental was perfect for our family who was visiting from out of town. It was conveniently located right near Siena Collage and Latham. The place provided comfortable bedding and include little extras like coffee, sugar and waters. The property was also beautifully decorated both inside as well as outside with all the flower baskets. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the area.

This is a spacious, overall clean place. It is located close to many Albany attractions. The place is away from the road. It is a basement rental. You may hear the dog upstairs when you first arrive, but the dog didn't bark for more than 20 minutes. The people upstairs are quiet. The kitchen has a full setup. The one thing I was not happy with is the bathroom trash had a disgusting, stinky diaper left in it. I felt that wasn't polite. Other than that, I have no complaints, and yes, I would stay here again.

The home was very clean and centrally located to our destinations. Host responded quickly to questions.

Went up for a weekend to see family from Canada. Central meeting spot. This stay more than surpassed our expectations. Location is central to everything. Host was unbelievably understanding and accommodating. Would without hesitation stay here again. Thank you for allowing our family and our feel at home.

This property was exactly what we needed except when we arrived at 6 PM after a long day of traveling, we were greeted by a yelping dog that was kept in the cold garage. The garage was attached to our unit. The dog yelped for three hours and when we couldn’t take it anymore, we had to vacate the property and get a hotel. I am now being charged for Staying the night as well as a cleaning fee. This is unjust and unfair to say the least and everyone should know that this is false advertisement.

We stayed there over the long weekend. Location is great, so close to so many attractions. Home is spacious, well maintained, really clean with nice outdoor yard as well. Owner is very nice guy and respond to questions immediately. In short it is an outstanding place to stay

1) Overall I will say the property was clean, except for the bacon eggs and fish left by a previous renter. We found on the plate of food in the microwave a few days after our arrival. We sent a picture and notice to the owner with no response. 2) We were also subjected to a dog barking for an hour upon arrival our first day and had to put up with the dog barking and walking on the floor above our heads for the next 2 days. The owner did improve the situation after we sent a note requesting quiet late one night. 3) We were also told where to park our car in 3 different places during our stay to include someone knocking on our door at 10:15pm one night with a request to move the car because it was on a water sprinkler. The car was on the driveway exactly where we were asked to park it and 2’ away from the nearest lawn sprinkler. 4) The beds were very uncomfortable with the mattresses sagging in the middle. 5) While the property was generally clean there is significant room for improvement.

Had a fantastic stay with my family this weekend. Hosts were responsive and accommodating. Nice property.
