The property manager is a wonderful gentleman who is very helpful. However, the posting is not truthful, there's no sea view at all. I was deeply embarrassed in front of my guests who I promised a great view that didn't exist. You will have to step into the balcony and barely see a glimpse of the coast at a far distance, you will see nothing but empty lots from every window. Very disappointing and a bit deciptive advertising. I wouldn't have booked it had I known it's like this. The building is in an area that is brand new and the buildings around are still working progress so there's construction noise but the owner left us earplugs to help. All in all, this place has a terrific property manager and a terrible location.
