Stayed May 26, 2025extremely clean, decorated to match fly fishing environs, directly on the Delaware river with a friendly host more than willing to share his passion and knowledge of the area (particularly related to areas to fly fish). What more could one ask visiting the area. Top notch.

Stayed Sep 14, 2024The proximity to the river was lovley. The apartment was above the garage was comfortable and well furnished. We were initially confused since we pulled up to a large home and the listing said cozy... but once we figured out where we were supposed to enter, the apartment was lovley, well furnished, had a welcome package and plenty of pots and pans. The outdoors area stole the show and we enjoyed the deck, hammock and fire pit.

Stayed Apr 19, 2024This apartment was perfect for our weekend getaway at Roscoe! Absolutely loved it. Property is located near the river and we had a great time fishing. Victoria was a great host. Will definitely be booking again!
