Cozy 2-Bed Unit in Grandview

No soap in the master bathroom, sink completely clogged, dirty dishes in dishwasher, broken door to patio, no body wash. Excellent communication from owner/property manager

The property was exactly as shown including apartment and amenities. Clean and comfortable beds, lots of room, and was convenient to everything. Host was very responsive to questions. We will definitely book here again when we are back in Columbus.

Very close to OSU. Great place to stay, especially when visiting the school or going to a game. Host quick to respond and very helpful. We hope to stay there again the next time we are in Columbus. Thank you for your hospitality!

The apartment was tidy and had what we needed, although we did not try and cook a meal. The space is laid out nicely with 2 bedrooms and easily accessible baths. The apartment could use a quick general maintenance/paint and patch sweep. The tile needs repaired and grout and the walls painted, but otherwise the apartment was very nice. The area is loaded with shops and restaurants and very close to the Shoe and other sports complexes at OSU.

Noisy unit, sparsely equipped for sleeping four. Three plates and two bowls, not enough. Host clearly communicated all instructions and the unit was very convenient for our needs. Parking was good and close to the unit.

A great place. My wife and I and another couple spent two days and had a great time. The unit was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. On Saturday night we were going to hit a couple of the local hot spots but opted instead to stay in and turn on the fireplace and be comfortable. The owner, Tom was pleasant and accommodating.

Everything was awesome. Clean, relaxing, view of the football stadium. Food all around. Great time

This property is ideal for our purpose of visiting family and friends in. Columbus. Ideally located, great facilities, rooms are clean and comfortable. We have stayed here several times in the past and will continue in the future.On a separate note the check in process this time was unacceptable. The lock box to our property was jammed and would not open. It took numerous calls and a significant amount of time to resolve the issue. Once resolved the lock box that we were changed to did not have a parking pass further delaying our access. I would suggest that someone on the onsite team check every box prior to the arrival of a guest to assure it is functioning correctly and contains the appropriate access items.

I will not stay in this unit again.Had multiple issues that were discussed with owner……all he did was defer to building management…..TV did not work…. Told ownerA box of corroded batteries were dropped off and left on LR tableBathroom sink only filled, did not drain….Shower had mold in all grout lines…..AC/Boiler unit unit in closet was unbelievably loudHad to shut Bedroom doors and still was loud.Upstairs neighbors up ALL night stomping on floor (All 3 nights of 4 night stay)It was so bad that next door neighbor knocked on door in morning to ask if we heard the racket!We wound up leaving before stay was over……Reached out to owner to request refund for last night and he said he would reach out to building management…..That was last Sunday…… he hasn’t responded since!!Worst stay EVER in a VRBO unit…..

We stayed at this beautiful apartment in Columbus during my son’s orientation at The Ohio State University. The location was 5 minutes driving from campus, making drop‑offs, visits, and game‑day plans incredibly convenient. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotlessly clean, exactly matching the listing photos and surpassing our expectations. The space felt modern and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable furnishings, strong water pressure in the shower, and a well‑equipped kitchen. Check‑in was seamless, and the communication with the host was outstanding—responsive and helpful. We also appreciated that the neighborhood felt quiet and safe, yet still vibrant and close to restaurants, coffee shops, and campus amenities.All in all, this rental exceeded our expectations in every way. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for a clean, cozy, and conveniently located base that was just steps from OSU.

One thing that would have improved our stay would be more towels. However, parking was incredible, especially parking on the 3rd floor where the apartment was located was so convenient. The location of the apartment was good, not far from the highway and was a safe neighborhood.

This was a great location. Convenient to restaurants, was only @1 1/2 miles to Ohio State football stadium, grocery shopping was not far away. Garage parking was great! Beds were very comfortable and the living spaces were spacious and well set up. There is a nice pool area that will be crowded if it's a hot day, and there were pool tables available for use. We enjoyed our stay!Some things to note - overall it was clean, but they do need to check the kurg more carefully, need to clean the bathroom fans and need to either wash or replace the comforter on the king size bed (looks to have some stains on the corner). Also the rental faces a busy street, which was a bit on the louder side a few times in the over night hours.

Very clean and spacious. Nice location to restaurants and bars. Easy check in and out. Free parking! Not a lot of kitchen dishes or pans if you want to cook there.

The property overall was nice and appealing looks wise, however the Internet and remotes didn't always work (we had issues with the TV remote (none of it worked, had to do manually on TV) and light/fan(unable to turn off light and have fan running) remote in the living room). Internet was almost non-existent, however one of our guests (three) wasn't even able to ever connect the Internet throughout the entire trip. Also would have been nice to have a larger table that at least sits four people vs a small table and the isalnd. Toilet paper was subpar, thinner than what you get even at hotels. Love that it was animal friendly, but was worried about my dog scratching the leather couch. Also if your dog is used to free space in a large green area, this location is very much middle of the city so there isn't a ton of green space.

Everything looked just like the pictures and was very clean. The balcony door was hard to open we had to call a male friend to help but he was able to get it open. Master bathroom is soo pretty too love the tall ceilings.

Great space in unit for 4 people. Complex was well kept. We are from rural Alaska, so the noise of the city was too loud for us the first night. Second night the giant fan worked like a charm. We would stay here again !!

This apartment was in a great location for us as it was graduation weekend. Two full bedrooms and two full baths were appreciated. It was very clean and ready for us at 4 PM. We did leave comments regarding needing another key fob, more towels, and basic kitchen items. We were just there for two nights, but it was worth it!

Basic,roomy 4 guest 3 was cloths,floors needed mopping very dirty.overall very nice place to stay easy access with code some restaurants in area. Will stay again when in area.

Getting in was a little dicey, lock boxes were at the loading dock. Once we got through that we were pleased with the location and the overall apartment was lovely. It was very clean. There were some issues however. There were only 3 glasses, 3 coffee cup, 2 bowls, and some mismatched plates. There were four of its, so that was a problem. Also everyone got one towel, no washcloth. The tv in the living room did not work, we think the batteries in the remote were bad. We were there to watch the Oscars, so that was an issue. The management team was very responsive, and we were thankful for that. It would have been nice to know that parking was an additional 25. The beds and linens were very nice, and the beds were comfortable.

When checking in with key fob for garage make sure to let other people who are staying that it will not work unless the car is near the key fob reader at the gate. It worked for us when we drove up but not when we were standing there to make sure it worked.

Property was very clean and updated. Easy communication with the property owner. Everything was as stated on the online listing. I would have preferred a better equipped kitchen, but we made it work for us.

The apartment was spacious and clean. Nicely decorated and felt comfortable. Nice neighborhood close to OSU. We felt very safe. Kitchen was appointed with all the necessities except a toaster. Two bathrooms and two showers were great to have. Loved the rainfall shower head! Will definitely stay here again when visiting Columbus.

Lots of things were very easy to get to, from fast food to something fancier, shops, coffee, salons, and places to work out.

First Ill cover some of the issues: Musty smell in room when we checked. No toaster (we bought bagels, hard to toast) TV was a little tough to navigate/remote seem old and didn't respond at times when using. All in all great place to stay. The apartments had covered parking and very easy of access to room. Very quiet place to stay and residents were nice and welcoming when interacted with. Musty smell was handled by getting a candle. Bagels were just warmed in microwave or oven, so they were still good. Ultimately figured out the use of the tv and remote. Place is about a 30 minute walk to the college football stadium as well as a multitude restaurants, shops and other amenities. I would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely come back if I was in the area. Although there was some very minor issues, definitely wouldn't deter me or my friend from coming back to this place. Also, owner/contact responded promptly to us when we had questions or concerns.

The property was as described and felt safe. The apartment and amenities were good, as was parking options. Apartment dues sit in the Main Street and is just outside of a retail plaza that seems to be a hangout so car noise and people making noise is very in your face and goes on late into the night and early morning. Apartment was clean but the floors could have been cleaner and the drain in the master bath was clogged with hair and muck. There were also a lot of fruit flies. Kind of inconvenient not having cable but it was manageable. Despite these negatives, it was a good trip the stay was enjoyable.

We came to Columbus from Louisville for the weekend. It was myself, my husband, my brother and sister in law. We had the best time, the condo was in the perfect location! We enjoyed the pool, the local restaurants and Chris Stapleton. Thank you for opening your space for us!
