Cozy 1BR micro apartment close to the Falls

Nice place; newly refurbished with clean floors, nice bed, new appliances and new bathroom. Check in was smooth and well coordinated. The only downside is the neighborhood, while safe and very close to Niagara Falls State Park, isn't the most lovely. But there is a decent Mediterranean cafe close by.

Niagara Falls State Park was conveniently close, literally within a 15/20 minute walk. The cozy apartment was just the right size for me and my wife.

Specifically speaking of the micro apartment, it was very nice. Communication was outstanding. The place is very cute. My only complaint would be the couch. It was like sitting on a board. The place was very clean. The steps were a lot but we knew that going in. The neighborhood is shady and seemed to be all throughout the area. A lot of boarded up houses and overgrown lots. You can walk to the falls from here but them steps are a killer when you get back!

Location was not the best, definitely does not sleep for, could use an extermination for the water bugs in the bathroom and spiders in the one bedroom. Couch is not comfortable. Maybe you are looking for a landing spot for one night this will accommodate you.

This micro apartment was well maintained and nice. You can tell they’ve done a lot of work on the house. The only complaint about the internal portion of the property is the couch is not comfortable at all. I realize the stairs to get to the third floor are tight, but that couch could use an upgrade. Potential renters need to be aware that nearly all residential areas very close to the fall on the American side have several worn down and dilapidated homes. In each of the streets, you can see vacation rentals that have been renovated. This location was no different. When we first pulled up, we were a little leery of the area, but overall he felt safe and enjoyed our stay.Proximity to the falls is very close. Enjoyed our stay and communication with the owner was fantastic.

Neighborhood was sketchy. Did not feel safe to be outside at night. Homeless individuals in and around a boarded up house two doors down the street, during the day. House was within walking distance of attractions and restaurants.

We had a very nice stay. This property is in a great location to the falls and the casino. The neighborhood is a little run down but the house is very nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It is a lot of stairs to get to the apt so if you have issues with stairs not the one for you.

Everything was great. Location was a little iffy - but other than that we were very pleased with our stay. Perfect for a couple!
