Cozy 1 bedroom on the water!Apt.#2

Value for money, Close to clear water beack. Bathroon need some renovation

apartments right on the bay. very nice and cozy. 1 bedroom with comfy bed, full kitchen and larger bathroom. dock with chairs to sit out and watch the water life. 1 walking block to beach. easy walking distance to stores and restaurants. parking right onsite. allowed for small dog. it was perfect for my husband, pebbles our chihuahua and myself. we even stayed an extra day. Marta was very nice and accomodating. enjoyed our stay very much!

Great convenient place to stay. Short walk to beach. The place is very dated but clean enough. Shower curtain liner needs to be replaced. Bathroom door had a big hole. Outside it is situated right on the waterway which is nice to sit on the deck.

Loved being able to lay out and get sun on the deck and the lounge chairs that are already there for my convenience. Windy beach days made that nice! Very cool hidden gem.

Will NEVER go back there. Our friends met us there for a day at the beach and parked next to our car. The owner called a towing company to have it removed. Long story short, the owner verbally abused us with TERRIBLE language and kept challenging my husband to fight him. The building itself is literally Falling apart. The pictures on the website don’t lie and it is worse on the inside. We packed our things up and went to Fairfield by Marriott. We chose Bay Royal to save money and never again will we do that.

Fabulous stay!!

Great location, very very safe. Loved the tennis courts across street , watch people play at night! Beautiful Catholic Church end of street for Christmas Mass I loved. Very close to everything as far as restaurants and CVS , bars and beach is right there. Perfect place because even though it’s crowded it’s very quiet and peaceful. Love it. I would stay again !

We enjoyed the location. The beach was on one side and the bay was on the other. There were plenty of dining options.

Would not suggest anyone stay here as property needs major renovation. 9 apartments but we were the only ones there. One apartment door held closed by a sandbag. 3 dead roaches in kitchen cabinet, broken light switches. Too bad, location is fine.

Communication with the hosts was great. I was a quiet getaway. All was good.

The location was perfect for our stay! 2 blocks to the beach and close to tons of restaurants. We especially enjoyed ending our evenings out on the little dock. Just make sure you have bug spray!

What a great location

Absolutely wonderful. The apartment is clean and super cozy… everything you need. The shower is hot and has great water pressure which is super important to me. The location is great as well. Within walking distance to everything but not right in the middle of all the tourists. The dock on the bay side was our favorite night time sitting relaxing having a drink listening to the fish jump. The beach is so close … just a 2 minute walk max and it puts you at a great location to pop up your umbrella and relax in your chairs. The host is responsive and very accommodating. My husband and I will for sure be back!!!

Old property current owners are trying to keep up but maybe a bit much to ask. While unit was clean it was very musty! Nice location, quiet but leaves a lot to be desired even at price.

We are local but not close enough to the beach local. This was a very low traffic spot just a 5-10 minute walk from everything Clearwater has to offer. Next time I’ll bring my fishing pole, definitely recommend this location!

It was worth it for the price we paid

Everything you need to stay in Clearwater for a weekend is this house. It’s 1 block away from the beach, super clean, it has a little dock with a couple chairs and an excellent view, private parking… just perfect

We were very lucky to find this place for our vacation...It's right by the bay, you are literally right down the street from the beach...The place was cute & very clean the owners were very nice as well...me & my wife enjoyed it tremendously!
