Stayed Feb 4, 2025The place was clean and exactly what is described. But there is nothing as far as food, pubs, even convenience stores within walking distance. The property managers will NOT call, text or email. The use nothing but Vrbo. My Vrbo wasn’t working and I BEGGED them to call or text me. They wrote me again on Vrbo. Would NOT reply to an email. So I had heartburn with that.

Stayed Mar 11, 2025Everyhing was exactly as described. Communication from the host was great. The room was clean and and spacious enough for a single traveler or couple. There is a bus stop a block away from the property, making it easy to get to anywhere in Clearwater (beach, aquarium, ballpark). Quiet/safe neighborhood. Will definitely be staying here again.

Stayed Feb 25, 2025Small room and bathroom with separate entrance in a larger house. The location is convenient and the neighborhood is safe. Everything was nice and clean. The materials used to renovate were very cheap and the room enters right into the bathroom without a place to put your shoes; the door locks but there is no handle so it’s kind of difficult to open and close. They have a communal laundry and grill with soap and charcoal, ect. The host is responsive and kind. Good for the price and location!
