Cow Creek Suite for Two 9 Highway Miles North of Ouray in Sunny Ridgway

This is a nice property. It's been recently updated, clean, nicely decorated. It has all that a couple would need. The bedroom, kitchen and living room are located in a large great room. The kitchen appears to contain all that is necessary to cook simple meals although I ate out my time there. The bed was comfortable, which is mainly how I used the property. There's a nice view of the mountains from the front porch. A separate bathroom and shower are located in the laundry room area. What I think any potential user of this property should be aware of is this is a two story unit with this unit being on the ground floor. While it wasn't a particular issue for me during my stay, you can hear footsteps, conversations, TV, etc. in this unit. The noise wasn't loud and the TV, conversations, etc., ended about 10 but they were up and starting their daily routines earlier than I wanted to be up. I ended up putting ear plugs in and I was fine. All in all, this property met all my needs for my stay.

It was was a great place to stay. Loved every minute.

Great location for access to everything in Ridgway but off the main road so it was quiet. One large room is very comfortable for a couple of people. The lighting back in the shower and laundry area was a little dark. Overall, we were very pleased.

Great property in a nice and quiet location. Very spacious, comfortable bed. Very clean bath/shower. I would have given 5 stars on listing accuracy but the listing stated 2 burner stove top that was not there. The owners have since corrected the listing. Bob and Mary Beth are wonderful hosts and made our stay very enjoyable. We would stay there again next year.

It’s a beautiful, charming home that it’s thoughtfully appointed to fit in with the old west vibe of Ridgeway. It’s bright and clean, warm and welcoming, and situated in one of the prettiest spots I’ve ever visited in my life. The owners are always so accommodating. So many reasons why we come again and again.

The property is very pretty. It is clean and well maintained. The bed is very comfortable and the layout is roomy and nice. The view outside the front windows is gorgeous. The location is great and so is the parking. It was a great place to stay and I highly recommend it.

Clean , well kept, beautiful property within walking distance to a restaurant with live music. Front covered porch with beautiful mountain views. Perfect for a couples getaway with all the amenities provided. If you aren't planning on cooking this is the perfect option, as there is a small kitchen area with a microwave, toaster oven and mini refrigerator to keep a few things on hand. Perfect place to relax after a long day of taking in the surrounding sites. Close to Ouray with plenty of restaurant options and hot springs. Highly recommend this location. Hosts were very quick to reply and communicate with clear instructions provided and checking in to ensure you have everything you need.

It is a spacious, nicely decorated place and the washer/dryer were helpful. We didn’t enjoy looking towards the mountains and having the view blocked by a huge for sale sign. We didn’t realize there wasn’t an oven, just a toaster oven. Had to get creative with the frozen pizzas!The location to visit both Ouray and Telluride was perfect.

I loved the Cow Creek Suite. Large, beautifully decorated space. Spotlessly clean. Air conditioned. Awesome bed! Check-in was super easy. The kitchen is small but had everything I needed. The owners were in touch and helpful. There is a unit upstairs, but that was not an issue. Plentiful parking. Walking distance to downtown Ridgway. Quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend and love to stay there again.

Clean, quiet and comfortable with all the needed amenities to accommodate our five day stay. Easy access to Rideway and surrounding area.

Just what I needed. I was gone all day and needed a bed down location. The property is located in a commercial area next door to a cannibas shop which could be a plus for some.

Perfect for a week visit to Ouray, Ridgway and Telluride. We were very comfortable and the location near town and walking distance to a few places was great. We had everything we needed. Our main reason for the visit was the Telluride Bluegrass Festival. We were about 45 minutes to Telluride with a beautiful drive. Thanks for the very clean and relaxing accommodations and we'll hopefully see you again some time!Dana and Gwen

It was a very quiet and relaxing place to stay plus a great location from which to visit Ouray, Telluride, and Silverton. Property was very clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. In addition, the hosts were very prompt in answering our questions.

Extremely clean and well appointed condo on the first floor. The property is located on the east side of Ridgway with easy access to the main roads into town. The hosts were helpful with any issues and quick to respond. We'd stay again!

We were disappointed that there wasn’t a full kitchen. Also there was an apartment rented above us. It was in a good location and the owners were quick to fix a problem.
