Couples Retreat with Hot Tub, Sauna & Steam Room

This place has amazing amenities. Used the sauna, back patio and the hot tub. Great location to get around Fort Collins. Despite being on a busy street, there was no road noise inside the unit. It has everything you need for a simple get away retreat.

This was a perfect stay for my husband and I. It was an extra bonus that there was a hot tub and sauna. We will definitely stay here again.

We had an overall good stay and appreciated several things about the space.The layout is great with plenty of room, and the kitchen is well set up for cooking.The bed was very comfortable, the shower excellent, and the hot tub a nice bonus.We didn’t use the sauna, but it looked great.The location was easy to find, communication was generally good, and the owner (who lives upstairs) was very kind.We also appreciated the early check-in.There are a few areas for improvement. We didn’t receive check-in instructions until noon on arrival day. While we understand holding the door code, it would have helped to have general details earlier so we could review them before a busy travel day.We requested a late checkout (available for a fee), but since it was last-minute, they couldn’t accommodate due to cleaning schedules. Understandable, but some flexibility would have been appreciated.Although the space appeared clean, when stripping the bed we found a heavily stained mattress cover, hair/debris, a stained bed skirt, and a pair of dirty underwear under the bed. Had we known earlier, we would have requested fresh linens and better cleaning. Management offered a 100 credit, but we won’t need.There was also construction during our stay, including a new driveway where we were to park. We were notified the morning of arrival; earlier notice would have helped. We parked on the street and outdoor areas were cluttered. All in all we did appreciate the comfortable space and friendly owner

place was clean, cozy, quiet. Parking was a little tricky, I didn't feel like my check in instructions were super clear, I was worried maybe I missed some communication. That being said, the text/phone support - even at night, was quick and easy. Hot tub was lovely! Would love to stay again!

Absolutely spectacular, a perfect place for a couples getaway weekend.

A charming and comfortable retreat! Meandering garden pathway with water feature was very cute (but a little challenging for my husband with mobility issues). The shower was next level luxury. Thoughtful library, games and accessories rounded out a very nice stay.

Very clean, kitchen items high quality and stocked nicely, bed comfy, sparkly clean hot tub, relaxing sauna and steam shower. Smelled musty for a few days til we got it aired out. Overall good stay.

The property was just as described. Everything was well labled and organized. Perfect spot for us while visiting our daughter who just relocated to Fort Collins.

We had a wonderful stay here at the end of our Colorado trip! This was a wonderful experience. As others have mentioned the shower is amazing and the bed is comfortable! In a convenient place for shopping and close enough to Old Town for good food and entertainment. When I left something behind they went above and beyond to help me get it back. Thanks so much!!!!

This is definitely a couple's retreat! It was clean, quiet, beautiful, and well located. It was the perfect place to relax when we weren't out sight seeing. Stacy, the manager, responded quickly and gave recommendations for laundry drop off and pick up. We highly recommend and would visit again!

Our stay was a very relaxing and quiet one. We liked the hot tub, steam room and sauna. We also liked the outside table in the mornings for when we ate our breakfast and had our coffee. It was a great place to unwind.

It was a really nice space. The restrictions on timing on the hot tub was kind of annoying and we ended up only using it for one day because we wanted to enjoy Fort Collins, too and not stay in one location all day. It was in the listing that the hours were not very accommodating, but to pay over 150 to use the tub once was really a bummer. The shower and the bed were very nice and we loved those. Biggest complaints were saying that smoking was okay outside and that an ashtray would be provided. It wasn't and when I inquired about it, I was told I had to pretty much walk away from the property, which I obliged but that felt pretty misleading, as we like to smoke to relax and the ad said something different than the reality. By far the worst thing was the people who live in the upper level of the property. Obviously it is stated that people live there, but if you are going to host something labeled as a retreat you should probably not spend the entirety of the day stomping around and going to what is listed as a restricted area and be rummaging around and coughing loudly. It was very unsettling to hear a stranger right outside our space coughing repeatedly. We ended up leaving a day earlier than booked and wasted a days worth of money because it wasn't the relaxing retreat environment we had hoped for and that was described on the listing, so between a missed day due to noise and annoyance and the hot tub restrictions, we wasted about 300 on this vacation.

This place is great and has it all! Insanely easy to get to, super comfortable place. Love that we could make it a spa weekend and not have to leave. Wonderful, private hot tub, awesome Sauna and steam shower! All the kitchen amenities you’ll need! Great location. We love exploring Fort Collins! Stacy was a great host, who was quick to respond any questions or needs! We will be back in the future! Thanks again!

Great stay! Pros: clean, fragrance free, comfortable Bed was very nice Steam shower and Sauna was amazing. Worth coming back just for that. Host was great, Cons: TV and streaming setup needs updating. Pretty slow. All in all a great experience. We will be back

The unit is small, but with plenty of room to stretch out. The touches are all perfect. I'd stay here again just for the shower.

Was perfect for our needs

The stay was nice. I didnt like you cant park at the place you had to park a gew doors down and as it rained almost the entire time it was convenient. Also the hot tub was an extra price and we couldnt use it as it was raining. Overall it was nice a very short drive to the mintain and shopping places.
