This charming 3 bedroom ground floor apartment is a short walk away from the beautiful Trou aux Biches beach (600m away) and Mont Choisy beach (900m). It is part of a complex of only 4 apartments with a shared front garden and swimming pool (IMPORTANT to note: the pool area is not fenced, children are to be supervised at all times).

All three bedrooms have double beds, bedside tables, storage (wardrobe or drawers) and fans. The Master bedroom opens on the terrace.
PLEASE NOTE - AirCondition is available in two bedrooms only. Fans are available in all three rooms.

The living space includes TV, lounge and open plan kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, a dish washer,gas stove top, microwave, kettle and complete set of kitchenware.

Located in the Mont Choisy area, you will have easy access to beautiful beaches, restaurants, convenience stores, bank/ATM, Diving centre & public transport. A short drive north to Grand Baie where you will find more cafes, restaurants, bars/nightlife and shopping. A rental car is recommended but not essential if you like walking. For a better idea of the location feel free to look up Le Mediterrane, Trou-aux-Biches, Mauritius in google maps. This restaurant is 2 mins walk away from us.

All bed linen and towels are provided. Also available for your use is a shared washing machine(located outside the apartment).
