Stayed Jul 30, 2025Good location, close to Cooperstown Dream Park, restaurants/bars and Cooperstown. The queen size bed and sofa bed were comfortable. The host provided everything you may need during the stay, e.g. board games, kitchen/cooking supplies, toiletry, laundry supplies, and etc. Some appliances could have an upgrade. In the downstairs unit, you could hear people walking around upstairs.

Stayed Jun 24, 2025This was a perfect spot for 3. Bit of a drive back and forth if you’re team is playing @ ASV vs Dreams Park but room had everything we needed. Quiet and peaceful garden feel.

Stayed Jun 12, 2025The place was perfect for our trip to Cooperstown Dreams Park. My husband, me, and my son stayed there while our other son stayed in the barracks. It was about 10 minutes drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Very convenient, clean and had everything we needed. It’s a minor complaint, but the only complaint I had was that I had to contact host for check-in procedures and for check out as well. That being said, he responded back to me in a very timely manner. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 9, 2023I must have been looking at a different listing when I booked this. This far exceeded my expectations! Super clean with plenty of convenience. Close to Cooperstown DreamsPark and a stones throw to some breweries. We may go to Cooperstown next year and this is where I plan to stay. Highly Recommend.
