The Championship House is very convenient to both All Star Village and the Cooperstown Baseball World baseball tournaments. This listing is for the Championship #1 unit only.

This is a 2-bedroom, spacious first floor apartment. It two queen size beds, a large (55 or larger) flat screen smart Roku TV in the living room, with 43 (or larger) flat screen smart Roku TV's in each bedroom. Free high speed wireless internet is available for your use.



The updated kitchen has a granite countertop and tile floor. It has a gas range, microwave, refrigerator with automatic ice maker, and dishwasher. Both baths are fully tiled, with a tub/shower combo in one bath and stall shower in the other. A gas grill is available for your convenience. There is a shared laundry room in the building.



I am Jerry, your host. I was born and raised in Oneonta and I live in the area. I am just 15 minutes from the property and I can easily be reached at any time via call or text should you have any questions or issues. You will be greeted by me or one of my teammates at the property. We will get you registered, give you the keys and a brief orientation to the property to get you settled in.



Championship House is in a residential neighborhood, convenient to the All-Star Village and Baseball World ballparks as well as the local restaurants and shopping areas. Please respect local noise ordinances and quiet hours.



There are taxis and the public bus, but Uber and Lyft are scarce. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.



There are 2 other units available in this building - Championship #2 and Championship #3 - they each have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. For larger groups, you can rent all three to have 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms that will sleep 12. Please contact us if you are interested in renting the entire home for a larger group accommodation.
