Had a great stay at the 3rd baseman. Property was clean and location was ideal for CASV! Jerry and his crew were very responsive to our questions and super helpful. Only suggestion would be to increase kitchen supplies? Would be helpful to have more silverware, bowls, etc.

Great stay at 3rd baseman. Nice quiet area close to All Star Village and any shopping or food needs. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to play ball!! Great experience overall.

This unit was perfect for our group of 3 (parents and a sibling). I was notified that our unit was ready early, & Jerry met me to check in & showed me around. There was a small gift bag waiting for us, and the apartment was spotless. The location is excellent for running back & forth between games at All Star Village, the central AC worked great, appliances seem quite new, & there is a lot of storage for clothes & luggage. Free laundry is a huge perk. There is ample off street parking for all units. I would highly recommend this unit - and most likely all 3 in this property for multiple families. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to future teams!!

This property was perfect for our stay. Checking in and out was easy and communication was great. the location was near some awesome restaurants and the Cooperstown All Star village was only a few minutes away. I highly recommend this location!!

Overall very nice. Jerry, the owner, really seems to care about the quality of his properties and the satisfaction of his guests. Went out of his way. The neighborhood appeared a bit shaky, some questionable characters walking around. But we did not have any trouble or incidents. Liked the off-street parking very much. Would suggest marking and widening the turn-in a bit more. Traffic moves pretty fast on the street and trying to spot the turn-in was difficult. Apartment was very clean and the goodie bag and courtesy bagels were a delightful touch. The valances at the windows could use a cleaning, but the kitchen and bathroom gleamed. Would definitely recommend to others. Nice driving distance to the baseball tournament venues.

We had the best time in cute little Oneonta. The place is darling the the service even better. Definitely recommend Jerry and his Cooperstown Baseball Rentals!! Will stay again if ever in the area.

The spot was exactly as described. It was neat, clean and very convenient to get to Cooperstown All-Star Village, especially with rescheduled games due to rain-delay.

Nice, quiet place to stay. Close to downtown Oneonta. Plenty of nearby places to walk to. Easy booking and stayed in contact.
