You'll love staying within walking distance to Sun Valley Lodge, Sun Valley Lake, and the outdoor Summer Pavilion. The bike path adjacent to the condo is a great way to explore the area. All on one level, and with no steps to climb, this condo is also a perfect fit for anyone who may have issues with stairs.

From mid-July to mid-August you can even hear the free, nightly, symphony pavilion concerts stream in through the windows! In the winter, take a scenic, leisurely stroll to Carol's Dollar Mountain Lodge just a half mile away. Year-round shopping and restaurant options can be found at the Sun Valley Mall or in Ketchum, less than two miles away. If you come during the winter, Dollar Mountain's Snowsports School (less than three miles away) is a warm and friendly environment to hone your skills with 10 runs, 628 feet vertical rise, and five lifts. You can also trade in the skis for a set of snowshoes at the Nordic and Snowshoe Center at the Sun Valley Resort and make your way through the miles of picturesque terrain.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
