    Great property. Felt spacious for the 4 of us.Great hosts. Good communication. Very thoughtful. Appreciated the welcome pack after long drive.Great location. Short walk to Southbourne high street. Handy for restaurants. We enjoyed the Tapas bar, Bodega. Plenty of coastal walks to choose from either from the house or within 20-30 min drive. Cinema is a short drive away too.Thank you for a lovely stay. We hope to return.

    Amazing location, parking off road, Cleanest & well equipped that weve ever stayed at, & weve stayed at alot of cottages , nothing too much trouble to ask hosts, totally recommend that you stay here, you will not be disappointed

    A fantastic place to stay - spacious, stylish, spotlessly clean, a log burner with a fire set, everything you might need in the kitchen, and just over 5 minutes walk from the beach (and a handy Co-op).There was milk and wine in the fridge and a vase of fresh flowers which was lovely. A plentiful supply of coffee pods and kitchen essentials such as foil etc were much appreciated. Communication with Richard was easy and his replies always prompt. As there were no guests immediately before or after us Richard generously offered an early check in and late check out. Thoroughly recommend!

    The apartment was fantastic. Really spacious with a cosy living room and small outside area.Richard was a good host - really welcoming and regularly available to check everything was well.The apartment has everything you need and is high spec.

    Lovely property. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of facilities and finishing touches that really elevates it to the next level. Short walk to the beach and local shops. About 15 minutes drive to central Bournemouth. The host provided good communication and everything felt very well organised. We had a great time.

    From the point of booking, contact was great - to check how we'd like the beds made up etc. Really well designed and finished home with nice touches of butter, bread, jam, milk and juice being left for us on arrival. The log burner was a fab addition for us as the weather was rather rainy and chilly.

    Great apartment, we were 4 adults who found the kitchen and dining area spacious and very well equipped. The lounge was cosy with the wood burner and 3 sofas and the bedrooms were a good size, plenty of space for clothes and fantastically decorated. Two bathrooms, one en-suite made this accommodation perfect for us. Location also could not have been better.

    As we had lost our skiing holiday due to Covid restrictions, we wanted high standard family accommodation in an area that had plenty of outdoor pursuits and attractions. This apartment did not disappoint. It is immaculate. Every detail of the property is well thought out and executed. It has everything you could want or need and is so welcoming to return to after a day out. And there is plenty to do in the surrounding areas. Cannot fault it.
