Stayed Mar 25, 2018Our stay in Marili and Vasilis’s apartment was wonderful. The apartment was large and bright and immaculately clean with views of the peninsulas and the sea from the large balcony, and plenty of room for our group of four adults and two children. It was in a quite spot with a very easy walk from the apartment to downtown where there were supermarkets, shops, and restaurants and another short walk to the seaside for more restaurants and a lovely local beach. Kissamos is also wonderfully situated for day trips to Elafonis and Falasarna or Chania. Marili and Vasilis and their parents (who live downstairs) were wonderful hosts. They brought us fresh eggs on more than one occasion as well as wine and olives and raki that they had produced themselves, as well as some tips about day trips. I would definitely stay here again.
