Completado Apartment - Your Home away from Home.

Clean, tidy. A bit smaller than photographs indicate but most are. Location was good, a 50 peso trike to city or waterfront restaurants. Host is a lovely lady, very accommodating.

We Loved staying here! Clean, quiet, well maintained, secure, safe, and cozy. We didn't want to stay at a hotel, and we weren't interested in an all-inclusive resort type place. I was in Dumaguete to help plan our wedding and get married. We just needed a home in the city for a month so we could be close to everything, and this place was perfect!Tucked away at the end of a private cul-de-sac. Efficiency living at its finest without sacrificing comfort. Close to everything in the city. Walking distance to City Mall and the beach boulevard. And there are multiple full-service laundry businesses right by the apartments, so laundry wasn't an issue. Rose may even have someone who could handle laundry services as well, but we didn't ask her about that because the other laundry service businesses were so close by. The apartment was as advertised and there were no gotcha issues with the property whatsoever. Fantastic internet connection which was important to my stay because I work remotely. Rose was awesome! Great communication, quick response, very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed meeting and interacting with her and her sister Kat. The Completado Apartments felt like my new home in Dumaguete. I will be reaching out to Rose first from now on when I have to stay in Dumaguete.I highly recommend these apartments. Rose was a delight to interact with.

The property is very well maintained, has plenty of kitchen utensils needed for a moderate to longer stay, & is in a great location. Close to city mall & “NorthPoint”. You can get plenty of food & entertainment most nights & was a great walk most nights. Many other things close by & less than 15 minutes to downtown Dumaguete & less than 20 minutes to Robinsons on a scooter. The property is tucked away so observe the sign in the photo, this is great since only about 8 properties on this block & only 1 way in and out. Very low noise, which is odd for most places. Outstanding. Less than 8 minutes from the Sulliman emergency room, which I took another foreigner to it that was having a medical issue. If you don’t want in the city center & enjoy peace & quiet, this is place for you. The manager also took care of any requests & asked various times if we even needed anything. Great customer service. This was my 2nd month here & this was a great stay & would definitely look to stay again in the future.
