Stayed Oct 3, 2025I will start off by saying that the space was clean and well-maintained. I was surprised to find that the owners has easy access to the rental property through a sliding door at the top of the stairs. That also lead to a fair amount of noise coming from upstairs. The host has a young family which was not indicated in the listing and we could hear a lot of noise coming from upstairs. It was frustrating that was not communicated clearly in advance. Besides that the property was nice, well maintained and in a good location. As long as you don't mind noise coming from upstairs (people walking, running, talking, babies screaming) it's a nice place to stay.

Stayed Aug 2, 2025We were very surprised to discover this was a basement to a home occupied by a family with young children. We could hear the family but it wasn’t intrusive. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Centrally located and easy to get to.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025Beautiful set up, clean space, fun for kids. Would definitely stay again! It would have been nice to have coffee pods for each adult for the morning so we didnt have to run out and grab it. Thanks for the great stay!

Stayed Apr 17, 2025The basement location was great, well taken care of and very convenient for our stay. The only thing (which was pretty big in our eyes) was that the owners lived in the house upstairs and it was NOT soundproof. Footsteps, conversations and construction work all sounded as if it were in the same room as us. Really want to give a higher rating due to the quality of everything else but it was unfortunately very frustrating.

Stayed May 25, 2024Three of us stayed here for a couple of days. The host was friendly and responsive. There is occasional noise from upstairs since this is in the basement. It's close to downtown.
