Stayed Jan 1, 145 Cocoa Suits is one of the most beautiful view of York. The location is perfect, and the structure are very good! But is important check the conditions of the sofa lega, and change the pans.

Stayed Jan 1, 1We would like to share some initial considerations, as we will be staying here until March. Overall, the studio is very good. The kitchen is well equipped and works very well, the view is stunning, and the location is excellent. We are very happy with the space and would certainly recommend it. There are just a couple of small points to note: the frying pans may need replacing, as the Teflon coating has worn off, and the sofa legs are slightly unstable and could use some attention. Stayed Dec 31, 1969Locate about 10 minutes walk from city centre. Quiet and private. Convenience as nearby supermarket and shopping area within 5 minutes walk.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The apartment was virtually brand new and had everything we required for a lovely stay. It was clean and comfortable and very well furnished and right on the river with a lovely view and only a short walk to the shambles area and bars etc. There was always lots of hot water and shower was great infact we could not fault the apartment at all and next time we stay in York we will definitely stay there again if it is available and we have recommended it to our family and friends.
