A huge brick wall that was not advertised or mentioned. No chairs on the balcony which was filthy. no beach chairs only umbrella. No drain board for dishes. Couldn’t get lock box open. Location great and Edgar and Carlos front desk staff were great. On check out had to wash my own sheets and bathmat before they would give me back my deposit from Casaco rep which spoke no English and made me feel like a criminal. Had 6 hour power outage no back up generator. Low shower pressure and toilet kept clogging had to fix it myself. On the ad they had 7 lounge chairs and 4 big patio chairs. Only had 2 lounge chairs, with broken wheel and 1 patio with cushion have replaced in 2 years via another guest. Jacuzzi doesn’t work.

Be careful if you book certain apartments at this building because your balcony will be facing a brick wall. Ask to see pictures before you arrive because they didn’t post pictures of our balcony and said the reason being is because it was facing the brick wall.

Studio apartment was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and ocean view from there.
