Sara was absolutely amazing and hospitable. Unfortunately we stayed during a hurricane (Helene) and had no power for a majority of the time we were there. There wasnt much Fripp could do but we made the most out of it.

It was a wonderful stay.

The host was very prompt with communication and easy to work with, especially when it came to us not being sure about how to turn on the heat! We appreciated our host including the option to rent her golf cart, especially off season.

Fripp Island is an absolute gem! We had the best time exploring the vast, empty beach. It’s spotlessly clean and super convenient to get to the beach from the property. There are tons of birdwatching opportunities on Fripp Island and the nearby Hunting Island. It’s a birdwatcher’s paradise!

We had a fun and memorable stay on Fripp Island. Kathy was fantastic to work with and her communication was great. I wish we could have stayed longer . Highly recommended.

My son and I stayed for the weekend for my son to play golf. We loved the property and the communication with the property manager.

The property was very nice, but the weather was terrible and we were only there a couple days to see my grandson graduate from boot camp at Parris Island so we weren’t there much if the time. Fripp Island is beautiful!

We loved the location of this rental - super close walk to the beach. The inclusion of beach items (cart, chairs, umbrella, towels, boogie boards) was a great perk. The space was small but met all our needs. The cleanliness could have been better. There was visible dog hair on the comforter and throw pillows when we arrived.

Took 2 of our grandsons for a weekend and we all had the best time!

The advertisement of this efficiency room is way overboard, because the room is smaller than most hotel rooms and the professional decorations are comparable to Big Lots items. The bed is very uncomfortable. There is no view. Yes, the pool is on the other side of a big wood fence, but this is JUST a place to sleep and immediately get out of the room here. We very much enjoyed the island, but we would never stay in this tiny room again.

Just steps from the beach. We had a fantastic time. Super clean and nicely decorated. Everything you need for a beach get away vacation. Beach chairs in great condition. Kathy was very communicative. Fripp never disappoints. We will be back. Thank you!

We had a fun trip! There was some confusion with the golf cart, but we got that worked out. Need to get the code fixed for ice as the one we were given did not work.

Its clean, beautifully decorated & close to everything. The only thing i would change is the curtains. Theyre rather thin & seem see through.

The just worked with me on finding a larger place when our needs changed last minute. She went above and beyond to accommodate us. I highly recommend!

Beautifully designed space and has everything you need. Fantastic location on Fripp- right in the center of everything, yet super quiet. The property manager is easily accessible and very willing to help and answer any questions. I highly recommend and hope to return. The only negative is the parking situation - but it would not stop me from staying there again.

My daughter and I both enjoyed our stay in the condo. Kathy was a wonderful host who responded to all questions very quickly. The condo itself was very clean, the pools are easy to access with amenity cards, and there were plenty of extra directions provided in the messaging tab of vrbo once the condo was booked to make getting to the condo and checking in a breeze. Parking is tight and meant for smaller vehicles but there are additional spaces nearby. The mini-fridge had plenty of room to store sandwiches and extra snacks/drinks. WiFi is a little sluggish but it’s an island so that’s to be expected and we were able to watch a few movies when we were taking breaks from the beach! The beach is very close, clean, and feels very safe and uncrowded. We rented a golf cart for a day/night and the Fripp Island Resort staff were quick to answer any questions and facilitate the delivery and return of the cart. Fripp Island is now one of my favorite vacation destinations and I would absolutely recommend this condo and Kathy to anyone interested in visiting!
