Stayed Aug 9, 2025Great place. Bast hamburgers in Eau Claire within walking distance. Only one minus, a long steep flight of stairs to carry your luggage.

Stayed Mar 27, 2025What a wonderful home! It was immaculate, comfortable and homey. Great attention to detail, in decor, layout and furnishings. The beds were comfortable and the bedding just right. The location was superb, both to the UWEC campus and downtown shops and restaurants. The property manager was very responsive. A wonderful place!

Stayed Dec 20, 2024The property was very spacious and homey. Our family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out. Loved the nice dining room table. It was great for family game night. I didn't realize that this particular property was upstairs, but we were nice and cozy with beautiful views of this historic neighborhood. It was nice to hear the church bells chime from the local Catholic Church. Loved the location, close to the river. We enjoyed a beautiful walk across the river and downtown with a little bit of snow. What a great way to enjoy beautiful Eau Claire!

Stayed Jul 12, 2024We loved our stay/ it was perfect for our UWEC alum girls weekend getaway. Perfect location, close to downtown and our other favorite Eau Claire spots. Property was very clean and easy to access!
