Close To Downtown Comfy 1 Bed 1 Bath Apartment

Great apt rental. Close to amenities. Very clean. Thoughtfully stocked with kitchenware and soaps. Whole foods down the street. Liberty Park with a lovely aviary to visit in the opposite direction. 10-15 minutes away from the university of utah. Very comfortable large bed in the bedroom with closet and dresser. A sleeper sofa in the living room. Spacing is tight in the living room if utilizing the sleeper, but doable. There is street noise more noticeable on that side, and neighbors (if there are any) can be heard through the walls. Ear plugs would be advisable if you are a sensitive sleeper or need to sleep during the day. Designated parking space was a bonus, but the space to maneuver in the parking area behind the apt is tight. You'll need to avoid trash cans and other cars and face forward to exit the lot. There's easy street parking in front of the apartment first come, first serve. Overall excellent stay and a recommended rental and host. Happy travels!

Such a clean property. Had everything we needed. We used the little balcony a lot. Close to shopping and downtown. Parking was good but a bit tight getting in and out.

This property was a great place to stay. The easy access to near by restaurants was very helpful. The only issue we had during our stay was the kitchen faucet had very low pressure and then would shake if we ran it for more than 20 seconds. Overall this didn’t impede our stay but wanted to bring it to the owners attention.

Great communication from the host. The unit was as neat as a pin. And the ice in the freezer bin looked freshly made! So wonderful the hot March days.

A very nice apartment for a great price. The host was very communicative and accommodating, and we saw her cleaning other rental apts, so we can verify that the apts do get cleaned! There was a lot of road noise, which might bother some people, but we didn't have a problem at night with the bedroom door closed.

Perfect unit to rent for a few days of skiing. The property owners are responsive to questions and provide clear check-in information.

Alot more loud at night than originally expected. Pretty sketchy area, inconvenient parking, room smelled like smoke and alcohol. Stairs to squeaky. Walls super thin you can hear every neighbor and conversation. Definetly due for some renovations. Plus sides beds were super comfy, couch was comfy, would had been nice to have the trash taken out before we arrived and had creamer with all your coffee options. Very pretty inside. Well done having dual patios. Sheets were dirty upon arrival we went and bought our own. Close to downtown mamde exploring easier

This property was perfect for my stay! It looked exactly as advertised, was really clean and stocked with everything I needed for my weeklong stay. The area, though busy, was great with plenty of places to go and close to everywhere I needed to go. There is one assigned parking space behind the house, which can be a little challenging for a larger vehicle if all spots are taken. The host was awesome! Responding quickly to all communications. This property definitely deserves its rating!

Such a beautifully remodeled little apartment. It was clean, well decorated, and incredibly welcoming. As soon as we walked in we felt at home. Vera was quick to respond to any questions. Check in was a breeze and Property was easy to find. The only thing was parking. We have an suv and the parking lot behind the building is pretty small. Luckily every time we went to leave, there was only one other car parked. Even then, it was tight getting out! I absolutely recommend staying at this cozy little place. We will absolutely stay again!

This rental was perfect for our stay in Salt Lake City! It was equipped with everything we needed and was very clean. It was also close to the city and the highway, so it was easy to reach the sights within and outside the city. The host was responsive and left a detailed binder with information about check-out and things to do nearby. I highly recommend it!

Great stay. Clean and cozy with all the necessary amenities I could need. This is one of the most clean places I have stayed. I am a stickler for cleanliness and even look at vents and shower heads. It is just part of my nature. This place was immaculate. Other pluses were the kitchen and water pressure in the shower. The bed was really comfy and I thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on either of the two balconies to get some fresh air and drink my coffee while watching people walking by. The location is ideal with three major grocery stores close by, along with other cute shops and cafes and yet centered near cozy neighborhoods that are fun to walk through. The host responded to my inquiries immediately and generously provided Keurig supplies to keep me going through my work schedule. I am here for work and really enjoyed having a cozy place to come back to that made it feel like a home. I would stay at this place again and recommend it highly to anyone.

I would definitely stay here again. So convenient to everything. Love the exposed brick walls, kitchen has everything and there is a nice view from the cute front porch. Very comfortable. The host responded to my questions within minutes. I would highly recommend.

The host was great and even accommodated a special request. There were several restaurants and a Whole Foods within walking distances, which was nice since I didn’t have a vehicle. When I needed a Lyft, the fare was always reasonable due to the central location of the apartment.

Our stay was great. Wonderful location, walkinh distance to cool shops, breakfast, whole foods, and trader joes! If you wanted a long walk, downtown is definitely accessible. Otherwise, just a shot car ride away. Would highly recommend!

Comfortable, well-equipped apartment in an attractive and conveniently located neighborhood. My only minor complaint is that the tub needs some non-slip footing.

From start to finish this place was the best. Perfectly located in a great part of Salt Lake City with easy access to many ski slopes. The condo itself was very clean and the owner was very communicative. A very comfortable stay and hope we can make plans to come back and stay again!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week for a ski trip. It was a great location to the mountains, about 35 minutes to big cottonwood and little cottonwood resorts, and about 45 minutes to SnowBasin. We were very pleased with the space, and the king bed was a lovely surprise!!! It was clean and exactly as described. Check-in instructions were provided promptly at check-in time.My only feedback to the host was that - for people like us that cook at home during vacations - we were a bit short on utensils/plates/cups and had to run the dishwasher about every other day and the unit could use some more plates/utensils/cups. We will most DEFINITELY be back to this unit for our next SLC trip!

Property is perfectly located. The inside is well maintained. Has a nice modern vibe. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure. Parking is unique but there's parking so it's perfect for anyone who wants to ski or do sites downtown

The listing is just as described. It was clean and perfect for our short stay. It pretty close to whole food and some shopping if you wanted to walk it. Otherwise, the location is pretty convenient to popular areas in SLC. Communication was excellent and check-in was super easy.

We had a great stay in SLC. We made trips to Park City to ski without any issues. The condo was located near plenty of restaurants for breakfast and dinner and provided everything needed.

Very clean, comfortable and good sized 1 bedroom. Easy check in and out. Located near Trolley Square which has great food and shopping. Short and cheap paid car ride to downtown and also two blocks from the red line light rail. Host was quick to communicate and answer questions! I would definitely stay here again!!

This property was perfect for my week in Utah. I usually stay in the Lehi area but wanted to explore Salt Lake more this trip. The unit is in a PRIME location, so close to anything you could possibly want. The host was super responsive and was even able to let me in the unit much earlier than I anticipated. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the unit. It made a longer stay fun & enjoyable. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Visiting SLC for a couple night with my husband. The location was convenient to walk to Trolly Square for a stroll through shops after a great breakfast at Trolly Cottage, I highly recommend. The apartment was very clean, nice little touches such as popcorn and variety of k-cups. Weneesed to communicate with host about the TV as the people before us logged out and she was helpful and responded immediately. Easy check in and out.

We found the property clean and well stocked. The stairway to the entrance was steep and challenging with luggage. The surrounding neighborhood did not increase our sense of security. The location is ideal for access to Downtown, the University, Trolley Square, the Avenues, and even Sugar House. The landlord was polite and quick to respond to our emails.

We arrived at this cozy apartment late at night and check-in was easy. We entered to find a very clean, comfortable home away from home. Spent four nights here. Excellent communication with hostess! Hope to return some day…

Clean and well stocked!

This space met all of our needs! The location was close to downtown as well as the University. The bed and bedding were super comfy. The bathroom is a bit tight but workable. They provided K-cups which was much appreciated as well as a Brita type was container in the fridge. I would say the only downside is that because of its location it can be a little noisy but other than that the apartment is a great place to stay while in Salt Lake.

It’s a beautiful apartment. Just like the pictures. It was close to our granddaughter which was really nice. Location was good close to Trolley square that has a nice shopping area an a great restaurant that was in walking distance. The owner was super easy to get in touch with and very prompt to answer back within minutes. When we come back to visit would definitely stay here again.

Excellent spot! This was the second time we have stayed here and it was perfect again. The condo is cute, clean and quiet. The a/c kept us cool on an unusually hot weekend. This location was great since it is close to U of U and yet walking distance to the coffee shops at the 9s. We also like the proximity to the market. Overall, staying here was ideal for our SLC weekend.
