The property was great. I was nervous traveling to St Louis as a single mom with kids, but I felt very safe during my stay. The home was well equipped and had a lot of space. My kids LOVED the arcade table!! The host communicated well and check in and check out went smoothly. I would 100% recommend this place for your next stay in St Louis!

The host provides easy parking and easy entrance into Vrbo. Vrbo was so clean and user friendly. Bath products are provided and kitchen is well equipped. Beds are super comfortable! This place was built in 1900. The host has done a remarkable remodel and yet kept the beauty of its age. The old oak floors and the beautiful brick work! So much attention to detail! Love this place and appreciate this host allowing us to stay! Thank you!

Very nice quadplex and super close to downtown!

Overall, we were very impressed with the space. It had a lot of personality, and had all of the essentials we needed - which helped us further enjoy the space. Very highly recommended!

Thanks to Joe for a wonderful stay and great intro to St Louis. The property was better than expected the rooms were spacious and clean with lots of amenities! The table in the kitchen was a beautiful upgrade! My one recommendation would be to include a warning about the steps leading up to the property they are a tad uneven! Thanks again for the wonderful stay and home touches excellent job!

The host was very responsive. The place was very nice. We were not there much, so did not use a lot of the amenities in the kitchen, but the kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need. A short driving distance to the downtown area.

Beautiful, peaceful stay!

We were in town for the high school Vex Robotics World Championship that was being held at the Convention Center downtown. The location was excellent and it was a safe, nice area close to most of the major attractions in St. Louis. We liked having the space of a home with two bedrooms versus a hotel room. The kitchen (and entire home) was very well equipped and nicely decorated. We were able to have breakfast and coffee each morning before heading out for the day. Our bed was comfy and we all enjoyed the vintage video games! Communication with the property owner was excellent. We would stay here again!

Great place for our family of five! We were able to even walk to a couple restaurants. The building is older so it does make a lot of noise but that is clear on the listing. Communication with owner was 10/10.

This was a great place to stay. Everything was just as pictured and wonderfully stocked with every amenity. The host responded quickly with answers. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay. The owner was accommodating with a late check out and was thoughtful enough to recommend a few great places to eat. The only downside is that the ceiling and walls are paper thin. We could hear the upstairs neighbors' conversation and stomping around. The traffic noise outside was bearable for us but could be an issue for others.

This apartment was the perfect location for our family visit to St Louis. It was easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit. The apartment had all that we needed for our times spent there in the evening. I loved that it had those little things that make your stay comfortable - Alexa, Brit's filtered water in the frig, coffee, spices, some condiments, chargers in every room and we loved the old school video games!! Joe was a great host. He communicated well with us.

We had a lovely stay. The rental was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Having a place to park was also a very nice bonus. The location was great and made a great base for our weekend in St. Louis.

What a great little gem! Communication with Joe was wonderful, the check-in process was as easy as can be, and the place was clean, comfortable, and safe. We had one issue, and Joe was quick to respond and get it fixed. The apartment was close to everything we wanted to do, and after a long day of city fun, it was a great place to come back to and relax. I will stay here again.

# VRBO Review - RevisedMy brothers and I arrived on a Friday and found the place exactly as described on VRBO. The property was exceptionally clean and well laid out, with everything we needed already in place - linens, towels, dishes, and all the essentials. The entertainment setup was great, featuring Roku with various streaming options. The location was perfect - we could walk to breakfast just down the street, and when we Ubered to the ballpark for Saturday's game, it was only about 3 miles away and very affordable to get there.The neighborhood was quiet and charming, exactly what we were looking for. I was particularly impressed with how responsive the host was - whenever I sent a text with a question, I received a quick reply.Overall, this was exactly what we needed for our trip. Highly recommend!

Great location for all the attractions we wanted to visit (Arch, ballpark, city museum), very quick 5-10 minute drive. Rental was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for 2 adults and 3 kids!

This is our second time staying at this property. The location is fantastic- close to everything but tucked away in a quiet corner. Owner is responsive and helpful, house is comfortable with lots of flexible sleeping options. We will likely come again .

The table was greasy, couches not comfortable, bugs in the flour. But other than that it was good

The property was a nice find! It has a unique blend of 1900s features and updates that give it a unique charm. The couches slept wonderfully, the kitchen was very nice, and the bedrooms were great!

We had a long weekend in St. Louis to watch a game, and this property was really great. Plenty of room, pictures and description are accurate, and host very communicative. We left our luggage in the unit after check-out time and picked it up on our way back to the airport, very easy. Traffic noise wasn't too bad, there isn't a ton of stuff within walking distance but if you rent a car or Uber/Lyft around it is no problem. Highly recommend!

This apartment is absolutely stunning and cozy! This location for what we wanted to see was a perfect location. We would definitely stay here again if we ever headed back to St. Louis. Joe was helpful and informative with good suggestions which help make our trip even better!

Our host was great, made us feel at home, and checked in on us during some inclement weather. The historic house was was safe, comfortable and clean and a great place to stay.

The unit was clean and stocked with necessities. The location is perfect for sightseeing nearby attractions. Would definitely recommend to others trying to stay in the area!

We had a great trip, the house looks exactly as pictured- and was stunning. Very big. Felt safe there. Host was so kind, and reached out mid trip to make sure we were doing well, make sure we didn’t need anything- and give recommendations to local places. We were very pleased, and will be booking again!

Check in was super easy. Easy instructions once checked in. Clean home and had all the items we needed. Only thing to mention is that it's not truly a 3 bedroom as one of the bedrooms is a pull out bed in the front room but it does have doors to close it off if needed. But super close to all the places we needed to be on our stay. Would recommend to anyone wanting a place to stay in the city of St Louis.

My family and I enjoyed this space over Christmas. The host even installed a Christmas Tree for us. We had a great time!

This is an older fourplex, very spacious, and nicely decorated/furnished. We loved the great open kitchen/den/living area and the kids were thrilled with some sort of game console as well as toys and books. It was in a very quiet neighborhood, at least it was when we visited right after New Year’s. It is a short drive to the Arch and City Museum, a little farther for other activities. Joe was a great host and very easy to get hold of. He responded quickly to a few questions we had and gave some good recommendations for places to eat. We also found a great ice cream place very close called Clementine’s. Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing decor. Tons of space. Good beds. Really gorgeous apartment. Plenty of parking, place was sparkling clean. Third bedroom is a living space with large pocket doors and a gold pot couch, so not a full private bedroom. But worked well for us. This is a really lovely place to stay in central St Louis!

This place was perfect for our family of 4! My boys are 10 & 12 and especially loved the Pac-Man game. The location was great to get to everywhere we wanted. We did hear about crime concerns for St. Louis prior to arriving but felt safe staying here. (We didn’t experience any issues during our trip, but we were sure to not leave anything off value in our vehicle.) If we visit St. Louis in the future, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We stayed as a family of 5 for a sports tournament. We loved the location. We felt very safe. You can hear the highway noise a little, but it didn’t bother us at all. Gorgeous house that’s been updated, it was the perfect layout for us to relax & unwind between games. We’ll look to stay here again when we’re in town in the future.

Made a last minute trip to a new location we’ve never been and it was a great location close to everything. The place was cute, spacious for 4 kids and very comfortable!! The host, Joe, was very helpful and informative for places to eat and made sure we didn’t need anything else!
