Stayed Jan 28, 2026Staying at 3150 Burgundy with Maisha as a host was terrific. She is a super attentive host and it is great to have her nearby. The apt is the perfect getaway for one or two folks and was super comfortable. I highly recommend staying here and plan to be back as her place and the Bywater are wonderful.

Stayed Oct 23, 2025Clean rooms, great host who was very communicative, kitchen was fully stocked and had everything you could need. We love the bywater neighborhood as it is easily walkable and has plenty of cool spots around to explore. Can’t wait to stay here again.

We especially enjoyed the backyard space for morning coffee.Maisha is warm and friendly and very accommodating!The beds are comfortable, linens are clean and the towels are fluffy. The kitchen had everything we needed, thank you for the sodas and teas!We really enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Mar 3, 2025When we first stumbled upon this shotgun, and it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Maisha is the most thoughtful, gracious host.She provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The apt was just perfectfor our Mardi Gras stay. All the rooms are large and and contains everything one needs.The bed is comfortable, bathroom and porch are excellent. Location is incredible.
