Stayed Jul 27, 2024The area did not disappoint. There are plenty of places to walk for coffee, lunch, dessert, etc. It was quiet and full of activity at the same time.

Stayed Jul 5, 2024This is truly a great location. It’s center to all of the bars, nightclubs, and historic downtown, however one street away, which keeps most of the noise out during the night. Beautiful little place. The host was very communicative and amazing! Tom responds immediately. Will absolutely be staying again!

Stayed Mar 11, 2022We loved our stay! Conveniently located to everything in the Historic Downtown Wilmington. We walked to our favorite places multiple times throughout our stay. Highly recommend checking out Dram & Yard, Seabird and Bespoke Coffee! The place was absolutely perfect for our stay with the historic charm. Tom was super communicative throughout the check-in and stay! We would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed Mar 5, 2022Awesome location in the middle of downtown Wilmington. Lots of restaurants and nightlife surrounding the City Club. It’s a Perfect spot for a weekend getaway! Lots of historic charm in the space with a very comfortable bed. Love having a separate living space and kitchen area, perfect for staying multiple days. We will definitely stay here again!
