Chic 2-bedroom corporate apt with riverviews in Downtown Historic Charleston

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The property is nice, modern, clean and accommodating for all your needs! It was so nice to have all of this at our fingertips versus trying to cram into a hotel room. The hosts were so nice and gracious. We got into a bind and they allowed a later check out which we appreciated. We felt at home and welcomed. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!

The apartment was very beautiful The host couldn’t have been nicer. It really wasn’t that far from downtown.Ample parking. Very clean! Thank you for letting us stay there!

The only criticism was the sheets and pillows. Sheets seemed like cardboard and the pillows were either big and hard or small and non-existent.Everything else was wonderful!

This is a very nice home- clean & quiet. But it is not downtown. Staying here requires a car to go do much of anything.

What a lovely property in an excellent location. The home is very well appointed and has a great relaxing vibe. If you enjoy watching the sunset over the water a short 5 minute walk will get you there. Great neighborhood for walking or running. Quiet but close to everything. And if you are attending a wedding or other event at Lowndes Grove this location cannot be beat! Highly recommend.

Condo is great, clean and parking is easy. We truly enjoyed our stay. The owners were easily accessible and very helpful.

Parking was easy and right out back. House was stocked with anything you could need. Place was immaculate. Only caution is for anyone with issues navigating steps, but other than that I would recommend this place wholeheartedly!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood outside of downtown Charleston. You can walk the area and enjoy a large, beautiful park nearby and also get a quick Uber into downtown. The owners were very pleasant and accommodating, even dropping off some specialty coffee when I inquired about a coffee maker!

The place was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for 4 of us to share.

We are regulars and this was BY FAR the best we’ve ever had. I would recommend adding an ironing board to go with the iron and replacing light bulbs that are out. Other than that, IT WAS PERFECT!

Spacious, comfortable, and beautifully furnished, this second-floor apartment was perfect for two couples. It's an easy drive to historic Charleston, and in a quiet neighborhood for a good night sleep.

Greetings,Had a wonderful time celebrating my sister’s 75th birthday. The host was welcoming provided excellent directions and the unit was spotless, comfortable, easy access to many tourist sites and all amenities as described including fire exits and first aid kit. Highly recommend.

Good location, easy ride to downtown.

Beautifully decorated condo that felt like our home-away-from-home right away. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of closet- and drawer-space to unpack. Quiet residential neighborhood. Grocery store is 5 minutes away. Everything you want to do in Charleston is just a 15-20 minute drive.

All rooms were very clean and comfortable. Also, very nice decor.

After spending long days enjoying & exploring Charleston, it was so nice to return to this clean, comfortable & beautiful apartment. We did have difficulty with the TV getting Netflix.

Lovely place, very accommodating and in great location.

This condo was amazing! One of the cleanest properties we’ve visited. We had everything we needed and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. A short ride to all the places we wanted to see and cozy for when we wanted some down time. The owners were extremely nice and responsive. They even provided suggestions on things to do and see. Highly recommend!

Great property for our stay. Nicely decorated and clean. On a quiet street. Hosts were very easy to communicate with for check in and check out process. On site parking was the only issue as we had to park on the street as all of the spots behind the building were full but there was plenty of street parking available so not a big issue.

Loved that a short Uber ride takes you anywhere you want to go affordably. All you need is right in the home, nice furnishings and decorating. Private near river in very safe area. Loved it and would go back!

The description and pictures of the property were very accurate. It really felt like a home on our arrival. We had plenty of space to move around and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. I would recommend this property to all my friends and family.

The apartment was perfect and better than the description. Communication was fantastic. Very close to downtown ( 10–15-minute Uber/Drive). Neighborhood felt very safe. Fenced yard was awesome for doggy too. Thanks for everything.

Great location. Clean and easy to find

This apartment was the perfect location while visiting my granddaughter at CofC! We attended a River Dog baseball game and had a day at Sullivan’s beach. Close to everything and had great parking!! Loved it and can’t wait to return!

This place was absolutely charming! The outside was welcoming with views of the marsh. There was private parking off the street and the street was quiet. Additionally, the decor and cleanliness of this place was top notch. We happened to meet the owners as we pulled in and they were very friendly and polite also. We definitely liked that this was in a safe area, only a few minutes away from the hustle of downtown. It was perfect for a spring weekend!

Perfect size for two adult couples. We loved the decor and was a great layout. The front yard area was perfect for my little pup. It was easy to jump in the car or grab an Uber and run downtown or to the beach. Much better than puctures or description.
