Guests willenter through an exterior door before reaching the unit entrance. A hallway inside the exterior door leads to stairs accessing the shared laundry room. Please note: this is an older building with charming character (and a few squeaky floors).

    This was a cute little duplex with all amenities you could need. Place was clean and the location is conveniently located next to a market and restaurants we would stay here again.

    All the pictures and other reviews are accurate - this was a great place to stay on my ski trip to Utah. The property was very clean, well supplied with everything I needed, and the check-in and check-out process easy. It was great having a dedicated parking area, and the other tenants in the building were quiet. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the water pressure in the shower was less than I preferred, which may not be something the host has any control over. All told, I'd absolutely recommend this apartment and host!

    This was a lovely property! Very well appointed, clean, and convenient to so much in SLC! property manager was very attentive to our needs! We will definitely consider staying here again on our next day to SLC!

    Everything as described and very clean! The apartment has anything you could need, including laundry. It’s close to everything and in a quiet location. This was my second time staying here, and I would definitely stay here again!

    The property was exactly as listed. I found it clean, safe (solo female traveler), well stocked and comfy. It is also right next to a grocery store which is so helpful. 100% would stay again.

    Was very nice and cozy! At first was a bit confused of seeing several buildings with the same street address but once we figured out by just looking for the apartment number it was very easy. Great, central location too!!
