Stayed Feb 7, 2025The area where we stayed was very nice, quiet, and peaceful. It was very convenient to have the pool and hot tub in close proximity. We did use that almost every evening. The room is pretty small, so be aware of that, no big deal for us. The fridge was small, but big enough for what we had to keep cool. We like a firmer bed, so that took us a couple nights to acclimate. The host was pleasant and helpful. There were several golf courses within a short drive.

Stayed Jan 2, 2025Excellent facilities and central location in Southern AZ. We explored the Tucson area from Tubac to Marana. Hiking, walking and enjoying the winter sun while finding new adventures in every direction.

Stayed Mar 28, 2024This cute little studio was perfect for what I needed while in GV visiting my mother. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had just what I needed, and I was able to come back at night and unwind before heading out the next day. Cute neighborhood with plenty of places to walk. Easy access to GV proper and GV recreation center.

Stayed Mar 13, 2024Karin is a great host, and went out of her way when I accidentally locked myself out! Property was clean, comfortable and simple. If you are looking for a lot of space, a full kitchen or a place to hang out with a group more than 2, this may not be the best as it is a studio, but it worked fine for my wife and I. Hot tub and pool are great, and very close. Bed is a full size, not a queen so be aware of that. Thanks again for a great stay!
