PERFECT FOR A COUPLE

This location is close to everything in downtown Golden...you can walk to everything.

We were in town for a long weekend, and this place was perfect. The bathroom was recently updated-a bit quirky because it was adjusted to fit in a historic home, but everything worked well. The deck off the apartment was a great place to drink coffee in the morning-an added bonus. We had a rental car but opted to walk to dinner, Coors brewery, breakfast, and the grocery store, which were easily within walking distance. We were also able to visit the farmers market on Saturday morning to get snacks and gifts to bring home. Betty was friendly when she showed us around upon arrival. I’d highly recommend this place!

Better than I had anticipated! Walking distance to town..one block! Very quiet and clean. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Thank you Betty for an amazing month. I loved the location and took advantage of the creek trail across the street almost every day. I loved the patio roof deck to sit outside. Betty was an amazing host, extremely responsive and helpful. Thank you again!

This apartment gave us a great jumping off point to explore the area! Location is perfect with great walkability around Golden and easy access to interstates. Owner communicated extremely well. We'd look forward to staying again!

What a great find here on VRBO. Super convenient location to walk to town for anything. Betty was very nice and helpful during our stay. Parking is easy and included, unit has everything you may need. We enjoyed our time here and hope to come back and stay here real soon. Golden is beautiful!

Adorable apartment, great location, perfect for our needs. So close and convenient to red rocks. Would have been nice to watch movies at night but tv was turned off. Other then that clean and cozy!

Golden Colorado is such a cute city. Our VRBO was in walking distance of everything. We even had our own patio at the VRBO Our concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater was only 9 miles away.

This studio was perfect for a long weekend in Golden. We appreciated Betty for being a gracious hostess as she accommodated for our late travel schedule. With mountain views from the deck, the quaint breakfast area and the sunny main room, this property could not be any cuter!

After a stay at this property last Thanksgiving, we chose it again for a week this winter, and it didn't disappoint. The location is terrific, the place is well appointed and comfortable, and the host is top-notch. It's a little small for a longer stay, but for a week, it worked well, and we'll likely be back.

Love it! So comfy and clean. Awesome location to walk places! We definitely will come back!
