Stayed Jun 21, 2025Apartment was very clean. Coffee and tea were complimentary. It was walkable to many restaurants. Parking was available and we only had to pay one time which was quick and easy to do as the pay station was very close. Of note, the stairs to get to the apartment are steep and narrow. There was a step up from kitchen to living room. Anyone with mobility issues may be challenged with accessing the apartment. Host replied quickly with any questions.

Stayed Oct 23, 2024We very much enjoyed our stay. The location allowed easy walking to the many shops, restaurants, and interesting sites in downtown Dover. The property was clean, comfortable, and charmingly decorated. The thoughtful amenities were appreciated, especially the tea, coffee, filters, and Q tips.

Stayed Sep 20, 2024Travis’s apartment is a great place to stay. We were in town to visit our daughter at UNH. The location was great, walkable to great dining in Dover. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. Lots of nice touches too! Plenty of towels, soap, kitchen had what we needed. Loved the eclectic furniture. Very charming. Always got a spot out front when we returned. Would definitely stay again when in that area.

Stayed Sep 23, 2023Clean and large apartment. Location was ok Apartment needs lots of attention. Coat of paint would help a lot. Try and level floors a little so you don’t fill like your sliding down. Outside very bad, loads of debris, brush and garage all over. Noise level was crazy. Train goes by at least 2 times in the wee hours of the morning. They blow the whistle too, just to let you know they are there! Garbage truck was out at 6am, working people out the door starting at 7am. Not the neighborhood I would choose to vacation in again. Travis was excellent in his communication.

Stayed May 27, 2023Very quiet and comfortable base for our spring visit. Great location to enjoy both the Seacoast area as well as a short drive to the lakes and/or mountains. Many options for food and drink a short walk away.

Stayed Apr 17, 2023We had a wonderful experience with Travis and his place. The apartment was very clean my only recommendation would be if traveling with a little one bring a baby gate for the doorway between the kitchen and living room because there’s a step, otherwise it’s a great place.

Stayed Apr 15, 2023My husband and I stayed (with our pups) at this charming, cozy apartment for a weekend getaway. It was great! A lovely place to temporarily make your own in the heart of an alive and active city. Near the train station, as noted, but the trains weren’t too frequent, and their whistles were a delight in the background. Fantastic food options nearby, and close enough to everything we wanted to see - in both New Hampshire and Maine. Wonderful stay!
