Charming Condo in Downtown Boulder

Great place close to Pearl Street and downtown Boulder. Comfortable for two people for several days. This was our third stay here & will stay again!

Very charming and convenient home away from home. Everything was ideal and the host was very communicative for any questions I had. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Another fantastic stay! It was our third time at this Condo and the number of times we have stayed says it all. The location is on the east end of Boulder’s downtown. Pearl Street and allThat it has to offer is just a few blocks away. Perfection!

Very nice small apartment with a bedroom and bathroom upstairs. No oven but a small stove top and microwave oven. Best feature is the location and walking proximity to downtown. Owners put a lot of care into this space.

I can’t say enough good things about my stay here. The location was perfect for any CU needs as well as hiking. The property is adorable, clean, inviting as well as comes with everything you need from towels, toiletries to coffee and tea. Mandy is quickly responsive when needed and incredibly accommodating. Can’t wait for my next trip and hope this perfect spot is available.

We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy apartment. Easy walks to Pearl Street Mall. Short drive to loads of great hiking. Apartment has everything you need for a wonderful short stay. Bed and seating are both comfortable. Very clean, all new finishes. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Lovely, well appointed, clean, quaint apartment within walking distance to anything you would want to do on Pearl. Beautiful flower gardens. Nice option of AC in the upstairs bedroom, which many places don’t have. Wonderful owners and responsive property owner.

We had an excellent stay. The condo is exactly as pictured and is very comfortable, well designed, and well kept. The location is amazing and the host is very responsive. Towels and linens were nice and the kitchen had what we needed. We loved this place and would absolutely stay again. We were in for graduation and were very happy to be so close to campus, Pearl Street, and great hiking/running trails. Thank you Mandy!

The house was great for our long weekend. Walking distance to Pearl Street. The location is quiet. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Very charming inside and out.

This place is located near the main outdoor shopping area. The condo is in back of the main house and one parking spot is available. The patio area outside of the condo is small and if you have a big suitcase, you'll have to move the patio furniture in order to get inside. The place was very clean and is just big enough for 2 people. Getting a suitcase to the bedroom and bath area can be challenging due to it being on the second floor. There is a big closet to accommodate all of your belongings and a dresser to place items in there, as well. The only issue we had was figuring out the locks. The keys stick and instructions outside of the condo state to lift the handle up and turn the key left in order to lock the door. We figured out turning the key right actually locked the door. When we had questions, they were answered in a timely fashion. It was in a good location and a residential area. Would recommend.
