* Charming Carriage House located in Rosemary Beach *Pet Friendly

The carriage house was perfect for 3 adults, we enjoyed our stay and loved how close the beach was to us. Also having access to bikes was a huge plus! Cannot wait to come back

We spent three nights in the carriage house. It is the most convenient location and dog friendly. The town of Rosemary Beach is magical!

Very upscale and beautiful area, secure and close to walk to most areas. Enjoyed the Carriage house and had a really nice time.

When we arrived, I could tell by the condition of the stairs that we were in for some surprise’s. Rosemary Beach, as a whole, it’s nice but it’s also filled with teenagers(no parents) and so much traffic. You can’t fully enjoy the bikes, because the tires are flat, but we aired them up. However, my 9 year old was not big enough to partake, but if she was the sheer number of cars and other people on bikes would make it impossible. The neighbors to this property, they have frat parties, with copious amounts of alcohol and bongos- so beware. If you are a small family- beware. If you worry about mold or water damage- beware. The price doesn’t match the quality.

Good value for money in a nice part of Rosemary. The place is a little dated, appliances are old, needs painting but was exactly what we were expecting. Lots of bikes and beach chairs to use. Fridge/Freezer and Washer Dryer in garage were helpful.

We loved our stay in the carriage house. We were in town for a wedding and this property was a perfect location and size for us. There is some items that need to be updated but they didn’t bother us. The bed was so comfortable. We will definitely be coming back 🩷

The host doesn’t respond in a timely manner.The amenities are great!!!The location is perfect!!!The room is small and needs cleaning better.My blanket weren’t washed and that should never be the case. And I was told I could wash them myself. The rooms air is stuffy.It needs updating, it’s old.It wasn’t terrible but they just need to clean, fix it up better, and respond sooner.

We throughly enjoyed our stay & felt very welcomed. Our pup had fun in the enclosed yard. It was awesome to be so near to the beautiful beach.

Such a lovely clean location. Everything was comfortable, safe quiet the bed was lovely to sleep in. Shower had nice pressure with everything we needed for what we were there for which was great thank you so much Karen and Linda.

We love Rosemary Beach and this was the perfect little space for my husband and I to have a weekend trip!

We enjoyed our stay at the Charming Carriage House. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was great—an easy walk to downtown and the beach. We also liked having access to a nearby pool and fitness center. The king bed was comfortable too, which made it easy to unwind after a day out. Would stay here again!

We found the property to be perfect for our stay. It was located within walking distance to the shops and the beach. The neighborhood was beautiful and very peaceful. We would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing getaway. We will definitely be going back.

Our first pleasant impression was that it was bigger than it looks in the photos! There were 3 of us, including myself, and it was perfect for us. It was clean and has everything you need. Linda and Karen are very kind and helpful. The beach is close by and one of the pools is just steps away. The only problem was that we couldn't use one of the two bikes included in the reservation because it was damaged. However, it wasn't a big problem since we walked everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you! :)

This cottage was cute and great for extra space. I do recommend getting the cottage if you are staying in the main house as parking could get tricky with separate parties. Great stay!

The property was even nicer than expected. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. We loved our time visiting Rosemary!

Overall, great stay. Place is as advertised. A few things need fixing: fix light at top of stairs, toilet needs adjusting and whole place needs a fresh coat of paint. Would stay there again, having access to bikes and chairs was fantastic. We didn’t even need a car.

Place was very cozy and had everything we needed. One does need to bring their own beach towels of course! Very clean and comfortable space. I do think it would be great if there was a light by the entrance/door for when you are arriving at night but other than that it was a great place to stay. Everything is walking distance from here and it is a beautiful neighborhood. Owner was very responsive when we had a small hiccup (very much on us), it was great to be able to get in contact with her quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location and accommodations for our vacation in Rosemary. Easy check in, bikes and amenity pass were great to access beaches around Rosemary and all the pools. Will be coming back.

We booked this stay in December for a quick weekend trip. Location is wonderful and unit is perfect for a couple. However we did notice that no toiletries (shampoo or conditioner) were provided and the first night the heat would not work which made our stay very uncomfortable that night. I texted the property manager at 7 AM and received a very quick response and a technician was scheduled for that day. We really appreciated the quick correction.

I was slightly worried because of some negative reviews. It turned out to be of no concern. Yes, that carriage house is slightly dated but everything in the description is accurate. The place was clean and having the bikes and fridge in the garage was just fine. The walking path to the beach is less than 10 minutes through stunningly beautiful landscaping and beautiful houses. The beach setup was.incredible and Rosemary itself is the most charming town on the beach and i’ve tried almost everywhere on 30A. For a long weekend getaway for the 2 of us, it was just about perfect. Would choose to stay again anytime. The owner is very attentive.

This property definitely needs some attention. I have been visiting RB for 20 years and I have never stayed somewhere that required this much TLC. Upon arrival the toilet paper holder was broken and hanging off the wall, one of the blinds was broken and didn't work, the smoke alarm was ripped out of the ceiling and missing leaving wires hanging from the ceiling and the ceiling fan was filthy. The description was not accurate, as the fountain was dried up and filled with debris and there was no patio table and chairs as described in the listing. The stairs were very steep and also not mentioned. Definitely posing a problem for small children and older adults. The space was very cramped due to the dated oversized furniture and two cots, which took up way too much room and made it difficult to even walk in the space. The bedding was old and miss matched. The sheets were pilled and very worn. It is also in desperate need of some kitchen items such as some knives, and a working soap dispenser. No where in the listing does it mention that soap or shampoo are not provided. The entire property could use some looking after to say the least. Definitely put a damper on spending my Birthday at the beach!

We stayed in the main house for one night, the downstairs bedroom, the sheets are extremely pilled. In the Carriage House, the window blinds need to be replaced and they don’t open or close to keep light out. All the towels have a sour smell when being first used. No where in the listing does it mention that soap or shampoo are being or not being provided. These are essential for a stay. Please add a note. The entire property could use some looking after and beautifying.

The location of the carriage house is perfect, a short stroll to great restaurants and the beach. The apartment is full size and comfortable. The parking pass and beach pass is a big plus. The owner was very accommodating and helped to enjoy a longer stay

We had the best time!!! This is such a cute property and it is was perfect for my husband and I! It was clean, had amazing AC, and was so cute. It is in the PERFECT location! The neighborhood is gorgeous and you are right in the middle of it! We did not have a car-and we never needed one! We were able to walk to all the amazing restaurants near by and we walked to town/the beach daily! The description online is exactly what you get! We would do this vacation over and over again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property!
