The location is excellent—situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood that made for a relaxing getaway. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful throughout our stay, and both check-in and check-out were straightforward and hassle-free.The home itself was comfortable with decent decor and a kitchen that had the essentials we needed. The bathroom is quite small, though the space is smartly designed to make the most of what's available.One unexpected aspect of our stay was the deck construction at the back of the property, which began at 7:30 AM. While we understand that maintenance and improvements are necessary, advance notice would have been appreciated so we could plan accordingly.Despite this, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this property to others looking for a quiet retreat in the area.

Stayed Oct 21, 2024Property is in a lovely neighborhood with a great view- walking distance to entire town. Property manager, Ozzy is beyond kind. Everything was nicely decorated and clean. My only advice is if you have an issue with a lot of stairs this may not be for you. Beds and couch are extremely stiff and firm. We loved our stay in Ipswich and did enjoy the property.
