fabulous place - rooms appointed beautifully, kitchen and bathroom were modern and beautiful....apartment is close to all of the fun things to do in town, is cleaner than many hospitals...and is very well stocked with necessities and more... kind, responsive hosts. great balcony to relax on and to begin and end each day...loved staying here; we will be back-hopefully soon!

This apartment was a great find! Excellent location - within a 15-minute walk of most places downtown. The pool in the back was so relaxing, and the condo was extremely clean and well-kept. We enjoyed our time here, and if we come back to the area, we'd love to stay again!

Decent size upstairs apartment that was plenty of space for 2 people. Nice living room area and a full kitchen, bathroom was a bit small though. No counter or cabinet space in it for personal items. However it is in an excellent location! A quiet street that’s an easy walk to several places in Old Town area. My only complaint would be the window A/C in the bedroom. It cooled the room fine, but it’s a little noisy and can be difficult to get used to.

Everything was clean, very close to Old Town and many amenities. Just a hike up the stairs! Loved it!

I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to visit St. Augustine! The hosts, Kirsten and Michael, were fabulous! The property was spotless and was as described! Great location as it was walking distance to everything! We will definitely book this property again next time we visit!

The place was perfect. Clean and very cute. The location was within walking distance to just about everything and the pool was a nice addition. The host was very responsive and we had a great stay.

The location is great for a lovely walk to the old town area. Plenty of restaurants and shops without getting in the car. We picked the perfect time of year....mid to late April. One of our favorite things was the pool. Nice seating with umbrellas and temperature regulated so not too cold. The apartment is very comfortable and special kudos for the shower!!!

Lovely apartment with a very comfortable king size bed. We had access to the inground pool in the backyard- it was great. Very clean & a great walkable location. We would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for a little under a week. It was quiet, very clean, and close to the historic sites. Would definitely recommend !

This is a second-story apartment in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from most of the historic part of St. Augustine. It is large: 4 1/2 rooms plus an enclosed balcony. It is comfortably furnished and outfitted. The bed and bath linens were plentiful and high quality. The full-size, eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and supplied.We really enjoyed out stay and highly recommend this property.

Very welcoming and a lovely place to stay, so close to historic places. Even a neighbor helped us up the stairs with luggage. Had a great visit with the owner helping us navigate the TV.

Kirsten’s home was really great! Very well stocked with everything we needed. She was very responsive and even kept the pool open ( sadly, the weather wasn’t quite pool weather ). The location can’t be beat, free parking and easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

This was the perfect place for our long weekend in St. Augustine. It is so close to everything, yet quiet enough to enjoy the beautiful heated pool in the backyard. The owners were very quick to answer our questions. Not a negative thing to say about this rental! We will definitely stay here again.

Oh my gosh what a charming apartment! My husband and I had never been to Saint Augustine and this apartment is the perfect location. It was very very clean. I loved everything from the balcony overlooking the pool to the perfect pillows on the super comfy bed!!!

Very nice apartment. Our unit was stocked with everything you would need. Location is a great. About a 3 to 4 minute walk and you will be in the start of the downtown St Augustine. It is a 20 minute drive to St Augustine Beach or Vilano Beach. I would also recommend a show at the St Augustine Amphitheater if you have time.

Lovely property with super location in Historic St. Augustine. Walking distance to so many things like breweries, St. George Street with all its shops, etc. the apartment looks better in person than in the photos! It also has a pool and bikes. The king size bed was very comfortable and there are smart TVs in the den and bedroom. Wi-Fi connection worked well. There is a single bed in an attached room off the master where your kid or another adult could sleep, so this could accommodate 3 adults easily. Full size fridge. There is a cute little patio off the kitchen overlooking the pool. Off street parking can park 2 vehicles easily. The owner was very responsive. I could keep gushing compliments, but I think you get the idea! We will be returning here, 5 stars!
