Charming apartment in the heart of Venice

The hosts were great to work with and very helpful. The property is spacious and well situated in Dorsoduro. Would stay here again.

Very spacious and comfortable; old and new blend together wonderfully here; practically everything you need is available; the location next to Campo Santa Margharita with its many restaurants and shops, as well as the nearby Ca Rezzonico boarding point on the Grand Canal, complete the overall package. If you want to explore and experience typical Venice, the Lo Studio neighborhood is definitely the ideal starting point and comes highly recommended!

Even though its very close to all the touristy action, this retreat is in a very quiet location and the apartment is very quiet too. The comfortable bed makes for a soft landing after just arriving from overseas. The place has loads of space (indoors and outside). Plus its proximity to Campo Santo Margherita offers plenty of dining, shopping and entertainment options.

One Word three times: phenomenal, phenomenal, phenomenal…

We loved our stay at Lo Studio in Dorsoduro. We were very comfortable, had everything that we needed, and enjoyed being close to Campo Santa Margherita. It was nice staying away from the major tourist area of San Marco but we were close enough to walk there when we wanted to. Raffaella was a wonderful hostess!

We loved our stay at this apartment, it's so unique and charming and spacious! There were 4 of us (2 parents and 2 kids) and there was plenty of space for all of us. The apartment is inside a court yard so very quiet yet very close to busy parts of Venice. We loved that neighborhood too - it's not as busy, with great food and shops. Highly recommend!

What a lovely apartment! From the moment we walked in we were in awe! Extremely spacious and very well kept. We loved it!

Our family of four really enjoyed staying here. While technically only a 1 bedroom, both rooms & the closet were so spacious it wasn’t a problem. We loved the unique architecture of the apartment and it being located in a garden. It was very clean and had air conditioning. We really liked that it was near Campo Santa Margarita - a non-touristy square that has lots of restaurants etc. We loved being able to walk to a vaporetto or even just walk to everywhere we wanted to go in Venice. Definitely recommend to others.

We really liked this apartment. First in a crowded Venice, our apartment sat in a beautiful spacious garden. The unit was extremely clean and very very large. The host was kind and helpful. Just remember though you are in Campo Santa Margarita and a 20 min walk to Piazza San Marco. We enjoyed this though because we got to really see other parts of Venice and shop where we normally wouldn’t have shopped

The property is perfectly positioned, set one bridge from a bustling square with access to food, drink, gelato, a small outdoor market, and some basic souvenirs. The pictures of the property are accurate. It is gorgeous and quite sizable. There is plenty of room to stretch out after a long day, the kitchen is stocked well enough to cook a modest dinner, and the small washer is accompanied by a drying rack that fits well in the main living area. This property really has it all, and allows you the opportunity to have an authentic Venice experience all your own.
