Charming 2-bedroom apartment with WiFi, AC in wonderful Philadelphia

Easy in and out

We enjoyed staying in the property. Everything was great except the oven did not work.

We never got instructions to get in and host never replied to message. We arrived at the location and tried calling host but it went to Vrbo main number. They also tried contacting host with no luck. We had to find a hotel. Vrbo refunded our money but obviously this was the worst experience possible with this host.

This apartment has a generous amount of space particularly for where it is located. We liked having two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. Communication with the host was easy and she was very helpful. We also were able to utilize a small parking space on the property for an additional fee. We fit our Hyundai Tucson. If the space didn’t work for you, there are tons of parking options very close as well as public transit. We do wish the space was a bit cleaner overall. In particular, the kitchen and the couches. We found there to be an unpleasant odor on the couches. Although there are some available kitchen items, I would recommend bringing things (additional cups, pots, pans) if you want to ensure that you can utilize this space how you’d like.We travelled with our two young children (2yo and 4yo). There was plenty of room for them to play. We easily fit our pack n’ play in one of the bedrooms. There also is a bathtub which was helpful for the kids, though there was not stopper but we improvised. Overall, would recommend for the location, parking, and space. Just wish it was cleaner.

The location is great! There was a single parking space that the host kindly made available to us. Having two bathrooms (one en-suite) was a definite plus. Alena was helpful, though initial contact was slow and confusing, therefore a little disconcerting. The space itself was as described, though poorly stocked. There weren’t any glasses or mugs. The bathrooms had towels, but no washcloths or hand towels. It wasn’t a huge problem as our stay was very short and there is a DD on the corner. One of the lights in the living room didn’t work, making for a rather dim space. Because our stay was just two nights and we were rarely there we didn’t bother mentioning anything, I’m sure Alena would have responded and sorted things out, had she known.

Great location for city activities. Easy check in and check out. Can't anything bad about this location other than it clould have been a bit cleaner. Thank you!
