Stayed Sep 26, 2025I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. The location was excellent—set in a nice, safe neighborhood and just 10–12 minutes from both Horsetooth Mountain Open Space and downtown Fort Collins. The apartment itself was very clean and well kept, and the host was wonderful—friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any messages. I’d happily stay here again!

Stayed Aug 12, 2025Absolutely a new addition that is very well maintained. Easy access through the garage to the separate, secure entrance into the base ment unit. Lighted parking in front of unit. Full size refrigerator. Access to a washer/dryer unit. Host was very friendly and accommodating.
