Come relax and play in Charleston at this one-of-a-kind experience at the Rainbow Oaks House! Beautifully inspired by Rainbow Row of downtown Charleston, this vibrant and unique home offers 5 themed bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, an elite chef`s kitchen and plenty of space both inside and outside for your entire group!

It’s our goal to make this your home while visiting Charleston, so you’ll have all the main amenities and appliances available to feel right at home. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary Nespresso coffee, or bring your coffee grounds for the drip coffee pot. Fenced-in backyard with propane grill and dining area for all your family and friends to enjoy and play games! Five color-themed bedrooms for up to 10 to stay comfortably.

Guests will have access to the entire property, except for a couple of locked closets for supply storage.

In your booking confirmation message you will receive a link to your Guest Rental Agreement, which must be reviewed and signed in order to receive the access details for the property. It is important that you carefully read and understand these terms before signing the agreement. After signing the Guest Rental Agreement property access details with keycode and WiFi information will be sent to you on the morning of your reservation.

By signing the agreement, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules and regulations outlined therein. These terms and conditions are in place to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. They cover important aspects such as check-in and check-out procedures, house rules, usage of amenities, liability, and other essential guidelines. Host reserves the right to require a security deposit when deemed necessary.

I live and work in Charleston--- I will not be at the premises during guest stays, but I can be reached easily and can come to the home when needed.

My mission to provide a 5-star experience starts with understanding you and your guests-- whether that means communicating frequently with guests who prefer that, or giving plenty of space and less frequent messages to other guests who enjoy that more. I am happy to be any of that for my guests :)

Oaks Estates

Easy access to the home from the main road, and very close to the lake down the street. Friendly neighbors and a fun walk through the neighborhood with plenty of wildlife to view from the lake.
Up to 6 cars could fit along the main driveway, with some street parking available immediately in front of the home.

We want all guests have a relaxing and enjoyable stay worry-free, so we do not have specific rules when it comes to trash, laundry, dishes, checkout instructions--we kindly ask that guests keep those items tidy within reason.

Please help us in using the garage only for recreation and relaxing, no cars or vehicles are to be placed in there during your stay. A $250 fee will be accessed if vehicles are detected in the garage.

We are happy to offer our home as pet-friendly! There is a fee of $220 per pet, per reservation. This fee covers standard cleaning after your pet(s) to maintain a clean and hygienic environment for all guests.
Damage Responsibility: If your pet(s) cause any damage to the room or its furnishings during your stay, you will be responsible for covering the cost of the damages incurred. We kindly ask that you supervise your pets at all times to prevent any accidents or mishaps.
Undisclosed Pets: Guests bringing undisclosed pets will be subject to a fee of $200 per night, per pet. To avoid any additional charges, please be sure to inform us in advance if you plan to bring your pet(s) along.
Pet Limit: For the comfort and safety of all guests, we have a limit of 2 pets. This ensures a manageable number of pets on the property and maintains a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.

There is no smoking allowed inside of the home or on the premises. $250 Cleaning and Deodorizing fee if smoke is detected in the home, and additional cleaning fee of $100 if smoking-related trash outside is left behind by guest.

$200 Undisclosed Guest Fee for each person staying at the home that exceeds the guest list from the reservation made by the guest. Please be sure to update your reservation guest list total if any changes occur prior to check-in.

All events held must be announced before reservation and permitted by the host. $200 fee assessed to guest for undisclosed guests on the property. Host reserves right to require a security deposit when deemed necessary.

After reservation is booked the guest will receive a link to their Guest Rental Agreement. This agreement must be reviewed and signed by the guest in order to confirm their reservation and to receive access to the property. Check-in details with access codes to the property will be sent on the morning of the reservation.

    Everything about this home was phenomenal. Michael, the host, was quick to answer any questions I had. The house was perfect for a large family down to the kitchen table which was large (rarity in many short term rentals.) The house itself was gorgeous, the location was great...it was just a pleasure for anyone coming to the Charleston area.

    I would highly recommend this home to anyone. Everything was great! It was clean and pet-friendly. Michael, the host, is great and very responsive. Just a side note - if you have small dogs, there are a couple of holes in the bottom of the fence. We propped some chairs in front of them to make sure our dogs did not get out.

    Property was even nicer than expected from the photos. Great location within easy walking distance of a lake - made out morning walks a highlight of the trip. Easy to get to downtown for our event. Great communication with the host Michael!

    There are 4 couples in our group who travel together each year. This home in Charleston was our best home to date. Very clean, in fact still smelled like brand new construction. Located in a very quiet, safe neighborhood, we took walks each morning. All the activities in Charleston were only a 20 minute drive away. There was plenty of space for us to watch TV, read on the patio or play games in the garage. The pictures are as advertised. We all loved using the Nespresso machine each morning. We would 100% stay here again if we came back to Charleston.

    Group of 5 adults stayed here for a competition at the convention center. The house was exactly as described! Place was very very clean and comfortable. We were not home much but enjoyed our time there. We had to unexpectedly come in a day early and the owner was very accommodating and helpful. Had a few other interactions with the owner and all very pleasant. The nespresso coffee machine was a major bonus that we fully enjoyed!!! Would stay here again!

    The home is beautiful and just a vibe. If you are looking for something more budget friendly and not too outside of Charleston this would be a perfect place. Host was very friendly and helpful.

    We loved our stay here! The house was beautiful and super clean upon arrival! The house had a lot of cool amenities to use! Neighborhood is nice as well and quiet. 10/10 recommend! Our host Michael was very helpful and responded quickly!

    This property is as listed... Beautiful! All the rooms were perfect and fell into the theme. Kitchen was set up nicely, and supplied. If you are family that cooks, it may need a few more pots But it works out good still Host was very forthcoming and kept you aware. To be mindful just in case. Parking space was ample and the neighborhood beautiful with a nice walk to the pond. We will rent again and rent from Michael if another property is available when we come back again! aquiet to walk to HR pond. I appreciate
