Stayed Jun 7, 2026Easy walk to credit one stadium for a concert. The rental was perfect and exactly as described. Very safe and easy to access with the double layered coded doors to the loft apartment. Would certainly recommend to a friend.

Stayed May 1, 2026Our stay in Jaime's Loft Studio could not have been more accommodating! His Charleston neighborhood is most charming and welcoming. Our host was gracious and kind making himself available for any issue that might come up during our stay. We unfortunately had mechanical issues with a vehicle to which Jaime went out of his way to assist. The guest loft itself was most comfortable, attractively decorated, spaciously arranged as well as neat and clean. Jaime's well stocked kitchen had every appliance one could possibly need and more! My husband & I plan to visit this endearing city again in the future and would appreciate the opportunity to once again stay at Jaime's home!

The location is great, it is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with easy driving access to downtown Charleston and the beach! The host was great, very kind and welcoming! The loft was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back!

Stayed Oct 17, 2025This property is a gem: Great location on Daniel Island in a beautiful neighborhood, easy access, super-clean and well-appointed. Everything you need for two people with the extras that make it feel like home: comfy bed and pillows, extra blankets, fluffy towels, pour-over coffee setup for morning great hosts. We'll be back!
