Stayed Jul 1, 2021The property was exactly what we expected and the location was great, especially for the 4th of July Weekend. The city of Granby comes to life and everything is within walking distance from the condo. It does not have air conditioning, but even with 80* temperatures during the day it was very comfortable at night with the ceiling fans. The condo is very well equipped and extremely clean. It does not have a microwave but it wasn’t that big of deal for us. It’s a nice spot if you’re looking for a place to stay in town.

Stayed Sep 24, 2020This rental was exactly as advertised. It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook a few meals, rest, and relax as we explored the area. The location was outstanding for access to RMNP and Grand County activities. We highly recommend!

Stayed Aug 2, 2020This is a beautiful brand new property and the owners were very responsive. They live close by and it is very clear that they take great care in maintaining this property. Very well furnished and clean. We were a family of 4 (2 teenagers) and everyone enjoyed the stay very much. In this COVID season, we were looking for a relatively new property that was a little farther from all the crowd, but was within driving distance to all major attractions. Granby is a great place that met all our expectations.
