Centrally Located: Easy NYC & NJ Access

Not sure what the previous reviewer encountered, but this place was perfectly acceptable. Yes, it's in a city, but this location was much quieter than other places I've stayed in in cities. The house was easy to overlook, and we ended up passing it by a few times, but that's not a problem with the listing. Check-in was a bit odd, as the manager wouldn't send the instructions until I was physically at the house. Similarly, there were no check-out instructions. But the place was exactly as described, and was clean and neat. I even looked under carpets and mattresses, and everything looked fine. It was the perfect place for my family to stay for our NYC trip.

This property was Terrible. They need to take this off vrbo listing. It looked good on the website but it didn’t look good at all . They place was old smell terrible and had air conditioners in the window. Carpet was really dirty . Bugs was crawling out the door when I opened it. People was actually living down stairs. . Loud music in front of the house. It’s in the hood. I will not tell anyone anything great about this place. See for yourself.

Unfortunately a family emergency took me away from this stay early. The properly was just as depicted in the photos. The exterior of the properly doesn’t do the interior justice. Much thought went into bringing the property into modern time. There is a large set of stairs to get to the second floor, but well lit and worth the walk up. The property was a very short, well lit walk to the performing arts center. This place will be added to the keep list for future shows in this area.

Everything was easy to find, quick access to the city, trains, etc. Host was quick to answer any questions, provided clear photos and instructions. Highly recommended!

I was unfortunately unable to stay at this property due to VRBO but the Host was very professional! Wish I Could have stayed!
