Centrally Located Comfortable Renovated Monument Apartment

We enjoyed 12 nights at Rose’s Apartment and it was ideal for a Mom and her teenage son. The layout was ideal for privacy for both. The apartment offers minimal extras but you can’t beat the location and Rose was very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend staying here and are grateful for the opportunity.

This property was as described in an ideal location for exploring the city. The host’s communication was highly responsive and I highly recommend this property.

Making the reservations and communication with Roos by email was good. However, it would have been most welcomed to meet the host. There was no communication in person with the host though she lives on the next level down.

Tidy clean quiet, plenty of space for 2, good bathroom. Kitchen complete, but no stove!! I would suggest provision of an induction plate, as the kitchen is provided with induction compatible pots..lAbsenceof a stove or heating plate is a serious inconveience and the reason I gave 4, not 5, stars.

Beautiful apartment, comfortable accommodations, great location, wonderful host. What more could you ask for?

Cute little apartment close to the Anne Frank house. This was in the perfect location, only a little walk from cute bars and restaurants. The street where the house is located wasn’t busy. The apartment is on the top floor with steep stairs so make sure you are prepared for that.

Rose was quite hepful and inside of apartment was very clean.

Such a great and clean little place! FYI the bedroom (behind glass and with curtains) is in the back of the apartment next to the kitchen. It has a proper large window, which has a stellar view of the Westerkerk when lying in bed. Rose is very communicative and lovely. Notes: the entry/staircase is a little off putting because it’s small and fully covered in grey carpet, but the apartment makes up for it! Five stars - just be aware there is no A/C, so hot summer days can make for a rough homecoming during a heatwave.

Very well demonstrated in the photos -- what you see is what you get. Rose is a great host -- very accessible and answered questions quickly. The property is quite small -- this is pretty clear from the listing (not a complaint, just want people to be aware going in). Amazing location in the heart of Jordaan. Walking distance to a million shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

We felt very well in Rose's appartement. It was very comfortable and very clean.It is located in a typical old Amsterdam buildings and this makes it very special and amazing.Rose maked check in person and was very friendly. We can recommend the Appartement without any restrictions and would like to come back in future.

What a beautiful apartment with a great location. The 4th floor had beautiful views of the neighborhood which more than made up for the trek up to the 4th floor. Our host was responsive to our inquiries and the apartment was very clean. I highly recommend staying here.

This apartment was just as advertised. I had read through all of the previous guest reviews which were very helpful in setting clear expectations. The location is perfect - so many great restaurants and sights all within walking distance.

Great location, very trendy places to go to and to see nearby. Nice restaurants all around. The place is very charming, yet at the very top of the building and getting up with the suitcases isn't for the weak ones. Felt like climbing up a mountain.

Communication with host was great, she was very responsive and helpful. Apartment is as listed, was clean and in a great location.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay on the forth floor. This apartment was well equipped, there was room to move about, and the beds were comfortable. As advertised it is on the 4th floor which was fine for us, however if you are not in shape could be difficult. Also if you are a light sleeper, the bells from the nearby old church ring every 15 minutes. Their sound is beautiful during the day however can be annoying at night. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment.

This was just the right fit for our family. Not huge, but spacious enough. Very clean. Location is great although the closest tram stop was under construction. We were able to find other tram options within reasonable walking distance. A great home base for exploring the city without being in a super touristy area.

Overall we loved our stay here! The only struggle was the stairs since they are narrow and a little steep but we were well aware of it since it was on the listing. If you have big suitcases I would be very cautions. But other than that, everything else was great. Highly recommend.

This is our second time staying at the property. As usual, it was super clean. Check in process was perfect. We love staying at the apartment. This was our second time because it is a incredible location, wonderful.

Incredible location, the stairs are as advertised so don’t book it if climbing stairs is an issue. But well equipped and very comfortable. We hope to stay here again! Highly recommend

Perfectly located for everything, cozy, clean and quaint little apartment. Lots of steep stairs as it’s on 4th floor so unsuitable for anyone who struggles with stairs etc. we loved it and would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay in Roose's apartment in Amsterdam. It's in a lovely area with lots of restaurants and very close to the Ann Frank House and public transportation. Roose's greeted us in person and helped us with our luggage. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. You must like stairs though, because it is on the 4th floor of the building and the stairs are steep.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. It was clean, comfortable, and the neighborhood was amazing! I would definitely try stay here again the next time I’m in Amsterdam.

The apartment is in a great location. Most everyplace we planned to visit was within walking distance. Great neighborhood cafes, restaurants and shops close by. The space was perfect for the 4 of us. Rose was helpful and responsive. Highly recommended.

Rose‘s apartment is absolutely gorgeous. We had a perfect stay in a comfortable place with everything you need. The location is fantastic and we could explore a lot from here by foot or public transportation. A supermarket is close by. Also Rose was very helpful and easy with check-in and -out. Coming back to Amsterdam I would always chose Rose‘s apartment.

Our stay was wonderful from beginning to end. The host is incredibly accommodating and communicative. The neighborhood is very nice and convenient to all of amsterdam. The stairs may be a little difficult to navigate with heavy luggage, but aside from that, I would recommend this property to anyone.
