Modern and featuring original art, the 4-unit building finished a total renovation under the new ownership. This unit is at garden level. We are downtown with all the restaurants and nightlife, just 3.5 miles to the beach and 3 minute access to the highway. Nestled between the Old Dillard museum and a gothic church, the apartment is situated in a significant cultural and historical neighborhood. With ample parking and lighting, this is a sure, safe and affordable option for fabulous Fort Laud.

Guests have a spacious two bedroom apartment as pictured. Outside, there is a shared seating area, picnic area and wash room.

We do most of our communication through the app and we are typically always available. We will stop by too say hello if we see you are home unless you request otherwise. Thank you.

This charming little apartment building is sitting between a Gothic church and Old Dillard museum. Located in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Dorsey Riverbed is an established, historic neighborhood.

Walking is definitely an option and the scooters come to the neighbourhood when they`re operational. There`s plenty of buses and parking and ride shares. If you stay a while, will get you a bike.
No smoking indoors. Remove all trash upon checkout. Report any problems immediately. Observe quiet times 10 pm to 8 am. No guests allowed after 10 pm.

Stayed at Rob’s property for 28 days -mid Jan. 2026 to mid Feb. 2026. Everything about the property was as described. Quiet neighborhood, great location and outstanding amenities. Rob contacted me several times to make sure all was well. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. BTW the weather was great. I rate my experience as 10 out of10.

The a/c wasnt working 2 of the 3 days we were there. The owner was out of the country but addressed the issue immediately after he received my message. He even offered us a free night's stay on our next visit to Ft. Lauderdale. Aside from that, our stay was good.
