The unit was very clean and just as advertised. The location was great for what I was looking for. The unit had everything I needed. It is fairly sterile and industrial for sure but this isn't meant as a negative. I would highly suggest bringing slippers or house shoes. The floor is concrete and if you are spending anytime in the space you won't want to walk around in socks or bare feet. The location is close to many great breweries, coffee shops and restaurants and close to the Trax which will get you downtown quickly. One quirk about the unit. It sort of shares an entrance or used to with a unit it above it. There is a fogged window from that unit into the upper areas of this unit. There can be some noise that you hear as I am guessing it was one unit at one time? Not sure but it was interesting. I would definitely stay here again as it met all of my needs. Appreciate the impressively quick communication when I had questions. The price was right as well. Thanks!

This served our needs while we were in SLC for a convention. The biggest issue is the parking and it is atrocious! Finding a parking place blocks away and then having to carry our things back and forth were not what we had anticipated - especially after receiving a parking ticket for a location that we thought was okay. There was no signage in the unit for checkout instructions. Those were received after we had left and sent notification that we were out.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. The apartment was clean and easily accessible. It was almost impossible to find parking.

The apartment suited our needs just fine, as there were 3 beds for 3 people. The property was clean inside and well taken care of. The instructions for getting into the building were confusing and difficult to interpret, but it was ok once we figured it out. Parking at this property was very difficult, and was the worst part of the stay. Overall it was a nice apartment that gave us a place to rest after the show.

The home is small and the outdoor area was really not accessible, but for the great price we enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and we needed more towels which they brought for us. We were three adults and maybe a little cramped. I had the bottom bunk bed and the light did shine in from outside, so I’d suggest some blackout curtains to make the room for better sleep.

Host double booked our unit and two guys walked in while we were sitting at the table. Pictures are deceiving and it is in a bad area with no parking. Tried contacting the host to cancel for double booking and host was nasty and hostile towards us even though our safety and belongings were jeopardized with multiple people having access to our unit. Host is just money hungry and the place is not worth the price at all. I’ve stayed in nicer Super 8 hotels.

It’s a fairly basic place that isn’t too fancy but very clean and has everything you need. Location is close to lots of good breweries and food. Transit station is just a short walk up the road to get around the city. Rooftop patio was awesome and probably our favorite part of the stay. Only tricky part was the on street parking was very full and hard to find a spot on the weekend, but we eventually got one.

House is really beautiful. Just had trouble of parking and the fact the front room is really bright due to the blinds being open. It would have been better if there were curtains

Location was great for us to access from the highway and close to transit to the university. Lots of parking, liked that we could access from the street direct to the condo and didn’t have to go through the lobby. Only downside was living room area is small with tiny couch and side chair. Not a cozy place to sit and visit but we made do.

The VRBO itself was very nice - full kitchen, very well stocked with utensils. It is a basement unit. It has a concrete floor and a couple of rugs or floor mats would be nice. Bed was comfortable, bathroom nice. The laundry that is mentioned is down the hall and coin operated. The neighborhood was not good. Litter and homeless folks. First night fire alarm 2:23 am, then arguments outside on the sidewalk the next night. And the car alarm that went off in the middle of the night. The overflowing dumpsters were emptied at 6:15 am (loud). Parking was a big problem. We rented a car and could not get a parking spot in the evening several times (drove around waiting for someone to leave). There are several coffee, shops and restaurants nearby, That you can walk to. And a couple of breweries.
