Great location!! Walk everywhere in St. Augustine.

Loved being above the wine shop, very tasty wine selections! Key pad door entry was easy and reserved parking was across the street. The bar next door was noisy for Saturday night but weekday nights were quiet. Loved walking St. George St. early mornings before all the people arrived.

The host couldn't have been more accommodating and informative. The house was beautiful, was in a perfect location, and was well-equipped with everything my wife & her friends wanted for a memorable girls' weekend. Highly recommended & I'll be sure to recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a beautiful place to stay with great hosts!

Host was very welcoming and a quick response to everything. The streets were loud a couple nights as expected but closing all the curtains helped. Balcony way nice as well.

Excellent location with good parking. As expected, except the sleeper couch really isn't good for 2 adults, but 2 kids would be fine with it. The staff was very responsive to maintenance issues. You are in the heart of the tourist area near bars, so on certain night lots of music and street noise, but for most people I don't think it would be an issue.

Everything about our stay was fabulous. Host was very accommodating. Great location, and the unit itself was perfect. Will stay there again.

Location, location, location! Plus a beautiful place to stay. It is very centrally located for Old Town. The bedrooms (one is up a spiral staircase) are comfortable and roomy. The host is VERY responsive and positive and provides great information. Great location for people watching, enjoying the evenings on the balcony

Incredible location

We had an amazing stay in this lovely apartment right in the heart of St. Augustine during the Christmas season. The location truly couldn’t be better everything was within walking distance, and we loved being surrounded by festive lights, holiday markets, and seasonal events throughout the city.The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully set up for our trip. With two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, it was perfect for our group and gave everyone plenty of space to relax. It felt cozy yet modern, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Being able to step outside and immediately enjoy the charm, history, and Christmas magic of St. Augustine made this trip extra special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a central, comfortable, and memorable place to stay, especially during the holidays!

This is a great location in downtown St. Augustine! It was literally in the middle of everything. The place was large with two bedrooms and two baths. Communication was great. We already planned our next trip with iTrip in Tampa. We are looking forward to our next adventure!

It is an older property and has some faults - as older properties do. Th unit was clean and well maintained, and the location was ideal - in the heart of Old Town St. Augustine, FL. - walking distance to everywhere. The stairs (getting up to the second floor, as well as to the master BR) were less than ideal for carrying luggage and supplies - circular and very narrow. There were also problems with both showers - regulating the temperature of the water - especially the Master BR. Balcony was great for an evening drink and people watching. Hop-on train was perfect for site-seeing and getting a history lesson of St. Augustine.

This was my second time booking this apt. Great location! It was very clean and spacious. Within walking distance to everything. Easy check in. Looking forward to my return visit.

Spent 3 nights here with my mother and sister for her 79th birthday. The apartment was clean and cozy. We loved that we could walk to everything we wanted to see. Restaurants were super close by. Parking across the street is perfect. The balcony is so nice to have for people watching and sipping coffee/wine. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

64 Hypolita is centrally located, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and bars. The trolley pickup is nearby for guided tours. We all enjoyed the house and the balcony with a pleasant breeze down Hypolita street.

We had a fabulous stay at this wonderful place. The unit was spacious and in an excellent location. Communication with the property manager was wonderful! The only negative was the stains on the carpets, otherwise the unit was clean and well stocked with all the amenities you need. Highly recommend!

Great central starting point to walk to everything. The balcony was our favorite spot to chill and still be a part of the goings on. Very pleased with the house and communications with the host. We will be back.

Our stay was great. The communication with the property manager was spot on. The place was very clean, inviting and quiet. There was normal weekend party noise but we expected that (part of the experience of being in the district!) I would love to come back.

When we arrived at our VRBO we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious the accommodations were. And from out on the balcony you are in the heart of the old town and you see the tops of three iconic landmarks of St Augustine. Each way you look is full of historical views. It is easy walking distance to many great restaurants, shops, bars, and historical sites. You can truly park your car not seeing and experience everything in old St Augustine! On top of that, it is situated on top of the Gifted Cork - The oldest wine store in the old city.We highly recommend this VRBO to enhance your St Augustine experience!

Loved the central location right in the middle of everything.

The location of the apartment is perfect! It’s close to everything you could want to see or go to. The parking space is right across the street from the unit and couldn’t be any closer. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the balcony was awesome for people watching with a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. As a few others have stated, because the location is in the middle of everything, there is bound to be noise. The college is all around there too, so be aware of late night noise especially from the club right next door. It didn’t bother us to sleep since bedrooms are away from the front of the club building but it would definitely be an issue if someone intended to sleep in the living room since the club’s sound system is very loud and the pounding music continues until about 2:00am. That was the only issue we had and, like I stated, we were able to sleep, especially if you use the fans provided. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend the apartment.

We loved the location. We could walk to TONS of restaurants and sights. Great bagels across the street. Carefree strolling with no parking concerns. The apartment was spacious. Full kitchen, lots of tables for dining and gaming. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely placed and separated. I've never been a fan of circular stairs, but the ones here were the best I've ever used

My family and I spent a week here. The location is perfect for being immersed in the historic town. The Cuban coffee and bagel shops are right there. We also spent an afternoon at the Cork for a wine tasting. The Cathedral is beautiful and such a treasure. We walked everywhere which reminds us of Europe. We did a walking ghost tour one night. This was the perfect place to stay. We like the fact that the bedrooms were on different levels allowing for privacy. So glad we chose to stay here!

My family of four had a great stay in this home for a weekend get away to St. Augustine. The property was super convenient to everything you'd want to visit in St. Augustine. We walked to the fort, up & down all the streets, and to plenty of restaurants, bars & coffee shops nearby. We loved the spacious balcony and even cancelled our afternoon plans one day just to sit and people watch after we got a bottle of wine and cheese & crackers from the downstairs wine shop. The street is on the path of the trolly tours and horse drawn carriages which just adds to the charming feeling of being in a small town. The communication from the host was perfect and always timely.One thing to note, as others have, is the fact that it can be noisy at night. There are sound machines in the bedrooms which helps. We let our kids have the loft bedroom and that seemed to be quieter than the main level bedroom where my husband and I were sleeping. There were cars revving their engines, bass thumping from the adjacent restaurants/clubs, and college kids yelling throughout the night - we told ourselves it's just part of being central to it all! I would bring earplugs and melatonin next time. :) As some stated, the interior is dated and has an old world Florida type of charm. We appreciated that the seating was comfortable and everything was extremely clean. We would stay here again!

Treated my Mom to a trip for her 70th birthday. The location was so perfect. Shopping, food, historical sites and the trolley were all super close. We just parked our car and forgot about it for a few days. The host was very responsive. Overall, a great experience.

We loved this place! It was conveniently located in the middle of town, within walking distance to so many sites. We spent a lot of time on the porch watching people below. There are 2 bars next door, so be sure to bring a noise machine for sleeping. The 10pm noise ordinance is not observed. But it surely is fun watching people! Communication with the host was spot on and extremely prompt. We’d love to stay here again.

Great location! I mean absolutely perfect! 64 Hypolita was super clean and comfortable. The smart TV was spot on with its apps. The kitchen was great and we loved the refrigerator with a good working ice maker. Beds were fun but comfortable. Would highly recommend for any stay in St. Augustine.

This is such a fun property! The location is perfect! Everything is literally outside your door! Restaurants, shopping, activities, and a prime parking spot! The property is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The balcony is a great spot to relax and see the activity. The property manager is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

From the location you can walk almost anywhere you want. Certainly the old St. Augustine. The accommodations were top notch! If we come back to St. Augustine we will book this one again.

Location can't be beat. Right in the middle of restaurants, bars,attractions,etc. All within walking distance. The apartment has everything you need and is clean. I would positively book here again.

Absolutely perfect. Perfect location, perfect set-up, we were all together but yet spacious enough to have your own space. Will always try to stay here everytime in the future.

We had 4 women on this girls trip and could not have chosen a better place to stay! The condo was perfect for us! The location is amazing! We parked our car and didn’t have to move it once. The only thing that needs some attention is the master bathroom door. It doesn’t close very well due to the issues with the flooring.
