Our estate is located in the heart of the Monte San Bartolo nature park, a green and hilly area in the north of Marche, at an altitude of 170 meters and just a short distance from two beautiful beaches.
The country house consists of three apartments and is set within a private three-hectare park with woodland, where peace, space and nature take center stage. Here you can fully unwind and enjoy the rhythm of outdoor living.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great place for a family of 4. With our family (2 adults + 2 kids), we spent two weeks in Case San Bartolo in June/July 2017. The apartments were very clean, comfortable with all necessary amenities and kitchen equipment. The house surrounding was absolutely amazing, with colorful garden and a swimming pool with a stunning infinity view over the Marche hills, fields and medieval castles (great for swimming, sunbathing and morning exercising/jogga:) ). Our house was located in a silent and green San Bartolo Nature Park, brilliant for cycle, running and nature lovers. Still, if needed, you could find excellent Italian restaurants in the close by area and/or tourists attractions of Pesaro, Urbino, Gradara, Cattolica etc. Those were reachable by car within 10-15 minutes distance. There you could find sandy beaches, restaurants and attractions like Parco Tematico Oltremare with live dolphins shows in Riccione, Acquario di Cattolica or Gradara Castle (very nice for the kids). The house owners – Simonetta and Henk were always were helpful and always did their best to make our stay the best vacations experience:). We are very grateful for that to both and strongly recommend Case San Bartolo as the perfect place for your family vacation in Italy.
