Magnificent 90 m² attic located on the second floor of a (2020) residence, very quiet in the heart of nature.

The view is clear at 180 degrees, one can see the sea, mountains, a vineyard hillside and the Casares golf course directly accessible on foot. The main orientation is south, but the sun illuminates the immense terrace from morning until sunset. The apartment is very bright and equipped with air conditioning (reversible heating mode for winter) in all rooms.

The terrace is approximately 140 m² and consists of a lounge area for 6 people, a table for 6 to 8 people with a large parasol, as well as 2 comfortable sun loungers. All decorated with tropical plants.

The apartment includes a large living room with a super-equipped open kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, capsule coffee maker, toaster, ...), a welcoming living room with smart TV and soundbar and a dining area for 6 people.

It also has 2 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200), walk-in wardrobe and bathroom (with washbasin, toilet, shower and bidet), as well as a second bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 wardrobe and 1 second bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with shutters for the night.

The apartment is secured by an alarm and smoke detectors.



Phase 3 has 2 swimming pools, as well as a padel court (rackets and balls provided). The Casares golf course is a 1-minute walk away and the prestigious Finca Cortesin golf course is 500 metres away.

150 metres away are also a pizzeria and a restaurant.

Many walks can be taken from the residence.

The sea is located about 1 km away with restaurants and bars. The port of La Duquesa is 4 km away.

    Beautiful apartment, quiet and private. Very well stocked kitchen, spotlessly clean throughout and comfortable. Large sunny balcony with views over the golf course. Occasional e mail was not answered promptly and phone sometimes unanswered.

    The flat is modern, the owner furnish the flat well, good quality indoor and outdoor furniture. the mattress is very comfortable. 1. Cleaning , there are quite some big pieces of dust everywhere. 2. Should provide bathroom mat 3. Should at least provide the first roll of toilet paper as people may need to use the loo right after check in before can make the way to the supermarket. it's not that expensive....and we've left at least 5 rolls for the next guests...

    The place was just amazing and it was even better than the pictures. It has all facilities and also the kitchen had more than sufficient supplies. There are two pools right in front of the apartment. The surroundings are beautiful and there are lovely villages nearby that aren't that touristy. A bit more information about the neighbourhood would have been helpful. In addition, it would be great to have the possibility to rent more baby/children stuff (e.g. playpen, toys).
