Stayed Feb 12, 2026Excellent place. Clean, not damp, spacious and modern. Has everything you need (including some super glue in the drawer in the hall which we used to mend a split boot - thanks for that). Bed very comfortable. Very convenient location. Angelo met us from the Alilaguna and walked us to the location.

Stayed Sep 28, 2023We loved our stay in this unit. It felt fresh and newly renovated, had all the appliances we needed and the beds were comfortable. The hosts were also fantastic with great communication, clear instructions and immediate responses to any needs we had during our stay. The location is perfect for catching the ferry to Venice, Burano, Murano, wherever you want to visit. Coming back after a day of sight-seeing to this peaceful neighborhood was the perfect way to end the day. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to visit Venice.

Stayed Jun 16, 2023A five minute walk to the ferry that takes you to Venice and all of the other islands. It is just beautiful. Also, within walking distance from the apartment is the beach at Venice, which was also a great time. Lots of local restaurants and shops within walking distance as well. Very comfortable apartment.
